Christmas Countdown 2011: 14 DAYS!

It's started, I forgot to mention earlier that I saw the first sign of Christmas. We have had our christmas menues in for work, have to start pushing for bookings and have been told our Christmas Display needs to be up in September. :bored:

Someone told me once. Well, their theory anyway. But I've slept since.....

I don't allow myself to listen to the Pet Shop Boy's cover of Always On My Mind until Halloween is over.

I can't wait. I heart Xmas.

CMON CHRISTMAS

I'd just make the most of everything, haha. Don't like the idea of wasting a year away, waiting on things that have hundreds of days to come. :(

September the first has a weird affect on me. It's like the air all of a sudden smells cool. I love it

MTVN 04-08-2011 09:33 PM

I hate thinking about Christmas before November/December time, it depresses me

Doogle 04-08-2011 09:34 PM

Yeah i always feel very different from August 31st to September 1st. It's like I go from Summery to wintery overnight

Vicky. 04-08-2011 09:35 PM

Mention of xmas anytime before december depresses me

Kerry 04-08-2011 09:38 PM

First one to spot and take a photo of/post a Xmas tree wins. (Don't cheat and Google one)

I dunno what you win, but you win.......

CharlieO 04-08-2011 09:39 PM

I hate christmas.

It's funny how like everyone's lives seem to revolve around Christmas. September-January time (including January cos you play with all the presents and stuff  ) you hear Christmas mentioned so much whether you want to or not :joker:

It's weird, Christmas. All that preparation for one particular day, lol. Some people overdo it. But I do love Christmas; the build-up, alone, gets me hyped.

Harry! 04-08-2011 10:11 PM

I have the erge to listen to some christmas songs now. One of my friends send me Whitney's Christmas album and it really made me excited about Christmas!

Doogle 04-08-2011 10:13 PM

Everytime I hear Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas Is You, I just go mental and start getting excited. Listening to it reminds me every year of December time when the tree goes up

Redway 04-08-2011 10:15 PM

Funny EastEnders' Christmases. All that preparation for a day full of sorrow and despair, lol.
