So i went to my mates house this morning and her dog has been ill for ages. i asked how it is and she replyed "aw aye it died this morning... we put it in the green bin in a black bag" At first i LoLd but is thr not any laws against this ? i feel so sorry for wee max :( In the bin l:( DEAD!

Boothy 06-08-2011 03:29 PM

:joker:

To answer your question, no. The green one is only for garden waste.

billy123 06-08-2011 03:31 PM

leave it a few days and then poke it with a stick see if it pops!

jaybitches 06-08-2011 03:31 PM

jaybitches 06-08-2011 03:34 PM

Yep i did lol just maken sure :)
dont want her getting into trouble lol
Am trying tell her to at least take it to the vets lol

Jords 06-08-2011 03:37 PM

How grim.

Crimson Dynamo 06-08-2011 03:38 PM

You cant do that. What was wrong with burying it?

jaybitches 06-08-2011 03:39 PM

Thats what i said ! She said was to early for her to bother lol

Scarlett. 06-08-2011 03:40 PM

I find it a little sick that the body of a human companion is set to decompose on a landfill after being crunched to pieces.

Locke. 06-08-2011 03:41 PM

When she dies make sure you put her in the grey bin

jaybitches 06-08-2011 03:45 PM

Yea am not to happy tbh . At first i was taken the piss out of it but tbh if that was my dog i would have at least taken him to the vets

Sam:) 06-08-2011 03:46 PM

First of all the green bin is for recycle-able things.
Second thing is that I think its illegal to throw a dead dog in the bin.
Third thing is I find it sick that she wants her dog to decompose in a landfill, why dosnt she bury it or give it to a vet to discard!

jaybitches 06-08-2011 03:50 PM

If was me ad have went to the vets with it.
Poor bin men are going find that

Jordan. 06-08-2011 04:12 PM

No :bored:

Come to think of it I don't know what happened to my dog when she was put down :suspect:

jaybitches 06-08-2011 04:13 PM

Lol let hope its not a bin .... maybe the fire lol

joeysteele 06-08-2011 04:57 PM

What a horrible thing to do. I am also sure it would be wrong to do so and if it's not then it should be.

Joelle. 06-08-2011 04:58 PM

OMFG no, bury the poor thing. Im pretty sure that would be illegal anyway, animal rights and all :nono:

Glenn. 06-08-2011 05:03 PM

I think you need to ring your local vets and inform them of what the idiot owners have done. I'm pretty sure its illegal

This has just made me feel sick. The dog needs to be disposed of the correct way, not tossed in the bin like a piece of rubbish. Its a pet ffs.

Ninastar 06-08-2011 05:05 PM

kinda immoral D:

Shaun 06-08-2011 05:06 PM

:o i feel a bit ill.

Firewire 06-08-2011 05:12 PM

ew no of course not. that's disgusting.

Glenn. 06-08-2011 05:20 PM

If you don't do anything about this, your just as bad by the way.

Glenn. 06-08-2011 06:15 PM

Rubbish, that's just getting pointlessly sanctimonious, no she shouldn't really put the dog in a bin but I highly doubt it's a crime and he's not really in the position to do anything about it

Thats really ignorant. If I found out the woman dumped the body of her dead dog in the bin, I would alert the relevent authorities.

michael21 06-08-2011 06:56 PM

was it a big dogee or a little dogee?

Zippy 06-08-2011 07:12 PM

Every kind of thing gets thrown in the rubbish bins so I don't think a dead dog is a problem tbh.

However, from a moral point of view its disgusting and disrespectful. She can't possibly have loved that dog very much if its just tossed in a bin.

*suspects this is made up*

It's probably Redway :suspect:

Callum 06-08-2011 07:17 PM

Disgusting. Your friend should be ashamed of herself

jaybitches 06-08-2011 07:35 PM

Of course am not maken it up. just i had never heard of anyone doing it before so i wondered if your aloud to do it in the first place.
No i wont go to the vets for siJple reason its nothing to do with me.
If was my dog then yea would go to the vets and do it the proper way of course my leo is my world :)
It was a pug to the person asking how big it was :)

Glenn. 06-08-2011 07:50 PM

Its gross.

LaLaLand 06-08-2011 07:52 PM

That's awful!! Oh my God!

We buried ours in our garden where she used to like sitting in the sun, our older one is there too somewhere (I was only little when he passed) and we have pebbles on it and a plant growing through.

I've never thrown pets away like that! Hamsters, budgies even fish all have graves!! Lol.

That's shocked me though, that poor, poor dog! I'd imagine if the dog is found in the trash a stir will be caused though surely?

Nothing to do with you? Aren't you the friend of this person whose dog has died? You could quite easily step in and do something about this, leaving the poor dog to rot in a wheelie bin is just vile.

Like I said earlier. The OP is as much to blame for doing nothing.
