I was starting to get worried. Yes Marcus is ruining it slightly with his "the men are working up a sweat in the gym" bollox but i can deal with that.

Thoughts.....Have you gotten used to the edit now?

With each episode I'm warming to it more and more.

Even though Marcus did just make me wanna stab him in the throat with the "One Jedward is cleaning while the other Jedward is instructing".....Wtf was that.

Same as Karl. Although I do think the editing is pants and it's just the sheer quality of the housemate mix managing to shine through.

Live feed would be heaven with this series. It's such a bizarre mix.

It's absolutely dire. Big Brother is no longer Big Brother, that's for sure but it's still watch-able nevertheless.

That Marcus narrator guy is absolutely useless though, his voice is the only thing marketable about the guy, dire personality.

Hate the names, hate the music, hate all the 'last time on bb' and 'coming up' segments that waste what limited time we have to see what's been going on.

Hate what they just did with Darryns story, if they weren't going to show it properly, don't show it at all ffs. :(

Oh yeah, hate Marcus' new syle of narration, why tell us whats about to happen, we'll work it out ourselves!

I liked the music in the Egyptian task but that was it for tonight.

No today was even worse than last night. Cba moaning about it though, they wont change it.

Hated it the past couple of days but loved every bit of tonights show.

I hate all the editing (first half of programme was horrible) still but tonight was better as there was less of it in the second half so the show is improving. I don't think it will last though.

The good old BB needs to come back for me to fully enjoy it.

I agree. Tonight's episode was fantastic.

Thought it was fantastic, but I've been a big fan of the new editing from day one anyway. It works well with 5's approach to the show and really does freshen it up and make easy viewing. I seriously think the editing could make the show popular again, solely because it's what the general audience looks for today.

I've liked the editing so far but tonights just made me like it even more.

Tbh as a Jedward fan i'm glad they didn't feature as much tonight, but others featured a bit more also so they're all getting a fair amount of airtime LOL:).

I am watching lasts year celeb BB as I had never seen it. While the editing makes it far easier for me to enjoy the personalies, I can see how some people would get bored with not much going on.

I think I could handle the music, if it was in better taste. I felt the montages used last year had simply better music.

Then again I am very anti "Chav."

Well I don't see why, I liked this episode much more than the others but not enough as I would like. Simple as that.

Well you are complaining about everything. We don't care if it's not up to your standards. Expect difference! I don't care if you aren't happy with the editing or Marcus. Marcus is just doing his job. You would complain if he wasn't there and you're complaining that he is there. Editing is different and most of us like it. I'm sorry that the show isn't how it used to be or how you want it to be.

People are allowed to watch the show and still moan and have faults with it. Not everyone can love it.

Well once again it seems people cant understand the concept of a discussion forum. I apologise that I don't lick Channel 5's balls like some of you but actually in the poll 'Do you like the new edit' most people said 'They hated it' so your point is invalid.
Yes but I wanted the old Marcus back and this isn't the Marcus I wanted/remembered so he may as well not be here IMO. Anyway I never said you had to care about my opinions, if you don't like them, don't read them. People ask questions in threads and I reply to them like everyone else, just because I'm not a wave of positivity why should I not make comments. Its my opinion and I am stating it. If you don't like it, jog on.

I know it's a discussion forum, all I ask is for you to tone down on the negativity. I'm not completely happy with the show either, but I take it in stride because it's what they've given us.

And I refuse. It's my opinion and I should be allowed to fully state it wether you like it or not.
I could ask you to tone down the positivity but you wouldn't do that. It works both ways. You cannot control what others do or say. Everything I say is within the rules of the forum so there is nothing I need to change.

As I said, if reading my posts is so horrible then just don't read them. No one is forcing you too.

You have no right whatsoever to tell someone to simply "move on" from their favorite show because they're not enjoying it as much as you are. For some people it takes time to get used to, some people might not like it at all. You have to accept that people are going to have different opinions on the show and just because they're moaning about it doesn't mean they should "move on".

If people dont like the show ...why are you posting about it on a Big Brother fan forum? Im with Firewire on this one :/ new channel, new presenter, new show, new edit.

I like the new edit :D I think its okay, the music is stupid at times but overall its really not as big a deal as people are making out.

We aren't on a fan forum. We are on a DISCUSSION forum. A discussion is about talking to people about a common topic but giving opinions on it. To expect everyone to love it and scream positivity about it is ridiculous. I joined as a fan of the C4 series not the Channel 5 one.
