What is this thread about? Please clarify

It's very strange. Yes, i have seen men with that 'barrel-shaped core' and the 'six pack' look (to use an americanism),
however, these men are also extremely husky in the pecs, shoulders etc. and not that much fat. power-lifters.

But he has this small upper-frame and is quite pudgy. then this extreme olympic power lifter middle??

Haha... fat bloke with a sewn-on plastic six pack. I thought about Darren's six-pack when he was sitting on the bed and his big gut was hanging over his waistband. Also made me laugh when he was in the gym, puffing and panting, pretending he was into it LOL... he's so awful.

I didn't really get a close look but was it really some kind of prosthetic or comedy thing?
Because it did not look natural at all. Some kind of plastic surgery?

Essentially he has had all the fat sucked from his midrift and has had implants in to resemble a six pack. The problem is the rest of his tubby body

And its almost passable if you are a skinny guy. Its downright weird someone would have his body and then 'six-pack abs' essentially shaped on the outside.

I think he looks like one of those Ninja turtles. His stomach looks like a turtle shell, its just not pretty on a fat guy.
