If Aaron was up would they be less uproar?

Or would we anti-Aaron-ers complain? It is really ridiculous how some people are freaking out over this thing. I'm just happy for Twist, finally.

If they would have told everyone on Sunday what was going to happen on Monday I'm sure we wouldn't be bothered, it's the fact they've waited until the noms were announced before they've done this.

This.

Roy Mars III 18-10-2011 06:51 PM

Probably not. But there would still be a pretty big uproar.

Locke. 18-10-2011 06:53 PM

The reaction wouldn't be half as bad if Aaron and Faye were in the crypt

Well i'm keeping quite now until the twist is reveled completely, no point in speculating on an event that will likely be reveled in a few hours.

If a non Nominated Hm is up for public Vote eventually as it looks likely i will be annoyed because it's a Rule Break by BB. The fact that it favours one Hm over another is by the by.

BBFan Jay16 18-10-2011 07:06 PM

What's wrong with this is that fans spent money to save Aaron - the public obviously want him in and have proved he has loyal fans!!

Now BB are tempting Jay/Anton with putting him out there again... which I believe cannot stand as they are the two LEAST LIKED housemates in there!!! People obviously don't want to live with them > ergo they should be up and one goes out! Simple as...

Now though...Putting a complete descision like this into these imbiciles hands is just plain spiteful!! :nono:

Will not watch if Aaron goes this week!! Alot of others are saying this too.

Totally agree, they should have told the viewers there would be twist this week, with nominations.

Beso 18-10-2011 07:14 PM

Of course there would be less of an uproar if Aaron had been up.

The anti Aaron brigade would have taken it in the good spirit it should be and they would have embraced the twist with open arms seeing it for the boost that BB needed.

MeMyselfAndI 18-10-2011 07:18 PM

They did it after nominations & didn't tell the public, therefore its blatantly a fix.

It's like in BB5 they told us before the housemates nominated that 2 housemates would be moving into the bedsit & won't be evicted.

Didn't that involve us the viewer nominating the 2 people we wanted put into the secret room from more than 2 people/

It has to be different this time so I'm guessing they could only do this when 2 people were up also it had to be done later in the show to freshen it up..I think if aaron and faye were up they would still have been put into the secret room.

Roy Mars III 18-10-2011 07:22 PM

Maybe, but it would of been smarter of them to tell the viewers about the twist before nominations took place. To get rid of any doubt.

This.

The fact that they still havent even told us whats going on is making it worse too.

The housemates nominated (Emma,Michelle & Jason) & we voted who we wanted in the bedsit. But what I'm saying is that they told us that the housemates would be nominating and none of them would be evicted before the nominations, they haven't told us that for this, so it would be a fix to do a twist without involving the public

Lee. 18-10-2011 07:25 PM

What is the twist?

Basically Anton & Jay were nominated & now they get to choose 2 people whos up

(They're thinking Aaron & Alex, or Aaron & Faye) meaning that Aaron may go..

I take what you say on board, but my point is that this really only works when there are 2 people in the secret room because to pretend to evict 3 people like that would look suspicious(even though the housemates think they aren't gone anyway)So BB couldn't say what was going to happen because they didn't know for certain that 2 people were going to be up this week..Remember they could have used Aaron winning the peg task as back up and just made his reward to nominate 2 people for eviction and then put those 2 in the secret room if the nominations had produced 3 nominees. So instead of doing that they, some could argue protected Aaron by not making it him that had to nominate the 2 people because they already had the 2 people he nominated anyway.

Of course the anti Aaron brigade would have done that considering they jump down his throat at anything he does.

You're ****ing joking?! That's really unfair... I hate when they mess about with noms.. if Jay and Anton are nominated, they should face the public vote! :bored:

Locke. 18-10-2011 07:33 PM

We do not know if they are getting to choose who is up or not, all we know is that they MAY be able to change nominations

But this was something big brother did and not Aaron and they way I see things on here is the anti Aaron brigade are more of a BB fan than hm fans.So like I said they would have embraced the idea because it's for the good of the show.

Well they wouldn't let their golden boy be anywhere close to getting evicted now would they

The protection he gets is ridiculous :bored: Plus they will put up the obvious ones like Aaron and Faye

I normally scoff at these theories that the production team are favouring one person, but I'm actually beginning to believe it now! :bored:

The only way it will be good for the show is if Aaron and Alex face Anton and Jay as the latter was nominated by there fellow housemates so they should not be immune.

Locke. 18-10-2011 07:38 PM

It will probably be linked to the shopping task

Not as important as the cheating.

Why shouldn't they be immune, it has worked in the past before with emma and michelle. Don't forget that particular episode gave us what is probably the most famous night in bbuk's history.

Because they was nominated before the public even knew there was a twist, where as Emma and Michelle had there twist be revealed to the public before nominations even begun.

Emma and Michelle were chosen by the public to go to the bedsit and were then sent back into the house by big brother, they weren't nominated and then given the choice to swap themselves with 2 other housemates up for eviction and so it's not the same thing so saying "its worked befoe in the past" doesn't exactly count, it's not the same thing.

You don't have to be so blind as Jay & Anton are your favourites.

It's unfair on the fans & the concept of Big Brother, we didn't know about this, they have just done this out of the blue  back at you.

I'm all for giving a big twist a go but not when it messes with who is up for eviction by completely replacing the ones who are up.

I think it's great just as I would if it was Aaron in the secret room.

I do like the crypt part but as I said the whole "may be able to change nominations" part that is just complete bollocks.

Marmalite 18-10-2011 07:59 PM

Oh please!

If it had been reversed and it had been Faye and Aaron then we'd have complaints from the Jay and Anton fans!

I can understand anyone getting upset as at the moment it all seems a little biased in keeping certain people in the show especially when it's 2 of the most entertaining and liked by many and hated by many HM's at the same time!
