The case for Jem to stay on Friday

ok, seeing a lot of campaign threads for Aaron for this coming Friday, each cajoling and pleading for fans of other Hms to not vote against him and trumpting why Jem is evil incarnate.

But... Consider this...

You all talk about 'big characters' and how the 'public' vote them out and ruin the show. I read here all the time about howthe 'public' don't 'get it'.

I also hear constant chatter about how much more important entertainment is then having nice people in there.

But as soon as one of those 'big characters', and Jem IS a big character, as shown by the debate she has provoked since going in, is up against a popular HM all I read is about how nasty and vile they are and how they have to go because of it.

Double standard? Yes. Lets not be that person.

Now... that aside.

Aaron's 'narrative' is pretty much spent. He has peaked and is coming down now the other side, he hasn't got any more to offer. Jem, on the other hand, is very much part of a vibrant and interesting story with her sister that is making great TV.

She has a lot more to give. Aaron on the other hand is broken and spent. His story is done and now the only thing he has left is the Faye relationship (which, tbh, is a farce). He knows it, and so do you.

PLUS!

Let us not forget that every vote for Jem is a vote for your own fave HMs.

HE is the barrier to your fave winning, he stands in the way, and it is he that needs to be removed for your guys to have a shot.

Aaron fans tell me how they are willing to vote tactically and heavily. I recommend the fans of other HMs do the same and use this opportunity to remove him from the game he is so happy to play against the voting public.

Friday, if you like her or not, vote Jem.

A vote for her is a vote to remove the barrier to your HM winning

headaball 25-10-2011 06:19 PM

Jem IS a big character. :joker:

Like many before her she's only getting airtime because of Aaron.

flamingGalah! 25-10-2011 06:19 PM

Nah...

Roy Mars III 25-10-2011 06:24 PM

If Aaron is evicted, Jem goes back to being wallpaper.

G1dds 25-10-2011 06:26 PM

I Cant think of any real arguement to support her - sorry :)

the-gaffer 25-10-2011 06:27 PM

Aaron is Hulk Hogan and Jem is just another bad guy who wants to have their day in the Sun with him, shes gone

Cromwell1900 25-10-2011 06:27 PM

I agree Gem & Faye is a better story than Aaron & Faye, from this point in, from tonight forward Aarons attitude eventually to Faye will be the silent treatment, At least Gem & Faye will argue and clear the air.

Vote Gem

rsefitpro2011 25-10-2011 06:30 PM

Oh come on you don't want to keep Jem in, shes not exactly one of the biggest characters in the house. If she stays over Aaron you may as well forget watching Big Brother as nothing will be happening!

Faye & Gem in there card building task was hilarious this is the kind of thing i am anticipating more of. That's why i say she has lots more to give.

Marmalite 25-10-2011 06:31 PM

Hmmmm let me think...

Nope sorry. I want the wicked manipulative be-atch out!

She had ample opportunity to go in and really stir things up with all the HMs but all she's done is to ruin Faye's time in the house and because Faye wouldn't give into what she wanted she's blaming Aaron and making all the HMs miserable!

Visage 25-10-2011 06:32 PM

She's not a big character IMO and it's only Aaron that is making her look anything like a character.

Kazanne 25-10-2011 06:32 PM

Gem is a nasty character NOT a big one,the only bit of drama she's had is on Aaron and fayes back and she's hurt them both

Faye and Jem are the worst two in there, why would I want to watch anything involving them

The only case for her to stay on Friday is for the fans of other HM's to get Aaron out. There is no other reason for it to happen.

Hey, go with what works for you, it's all good for me :joker:

00Jamie00 25-10-2011 06:39 PM

Aaron! Aaron! Aaron!

jyunga 25-10-2011 06:44 PM

Like others have said, Jemma is wallpaper with Aaron gone. Her and Faye will stop agruing as much. Any agruments will be lame. I don't see how you can think Aaron is spent. First Maisy causing issues, now Jem. With Jemma gone maybe they can finally get away from all the drama between Aaron and Faye and move on to more interesting things.

Nonsense.

Both Jem and Aaron are at this time defined by their relationship with Faye.

Aaron is as wallpaper right now as anyone in that house, relying on others to provide HIM with a story.

He is a spent and broken man.

Bluerang1 25-10-2011 07:10 PM

You're so right <3

rusticgal 25-10-2011 07:11 PM

Aaron gone....what will the other housemates talk about....!!!!!!

Lets watch the children (Alex and Tom) get close.....desperate!
Lets watch Jay and Louise have sex under the duvet an listen to their fascinating conversations....NOT!
Lets watch Harry entertain himself by making a joke of Alex...(although I do like Harry)
....then lets watch Jem dominate and control the sister she so dearly loves enough to convince her sister Aaron is using her and she is so desperate to have boyfriend she will fall for anyone.....

Hhhhmmmmm....no thanks.

karezza 25-10-2011 07:11 PM

I agree get the Gorgon out!

So it should. Better for people to be honest rather than inventing spurious reasons.

Because there are examples of Gem & Faye being hilarious, it's exactly what many people watch BB for, you still want to see more of the Aaron/Faye, yoyo relationship do you, Silent treatments, alrighty then.:conf:

With out the Aaron and Fay drama Jem has no entertainment value.

No, I don't like the Aaron/Faye relationship at all and I hope he gets rid of her ASAP.

That's one thing we can agree on at least. Please enjoy a complimentary "Save the Lord" banner and again, Vote Aaron!

Have an awesome day!

Please talk about HMs and not forum users :nono:

Cherie 25-10-2011 07:47 PM

these multiple repetitive threads trying to convince supporters of other HMs to vote for Jem smells badly of fear tbh. It really says you all think she is under real threat and need to campaign to protect her.

Kazanne 25-10-2011 07:49 PM

Why would we want to watch her big sulky gob, when we can watch Aaron?

Cherie 25-10-2011 07:50 PM

There is no case, as if Aaron goes, she will turn on Faye...oh sorry she has done that already....:conf:

Shall we do a compare in terms of numbers to the Aaron campaign threads as a measure of fear? :joker:

And of COURSE she is under real threat... Of course she needs the campaign to save her... :wavey:

Aaron's big sulky gob you mean?

Well, it's a strong point, I admit, but having Jem in there at this point of the game is far more appealing :elephant:

Niamh. 25-10-2011 07:54 PM

Jem is not a big character, her only "big" storyline revolves around Aaron fgs :bored:

Can't argue with that, who ever is to blame for it, they are the worst couple since PJ & Jade.

A lot of us don't consider watching vile, vulgar bullies "entertainment". You can be a big character and still be a decent human being and Aaron is proof of that. He's plenty entertaining without the need to stoop to the same level as Jem/Jay/Anton.

Arr now lets be fair. Have a look around, this is a drop in the ocean compared to the Aaron threads asking for other fan's votes.

And the amount of new "Save Aaron" banners. te-he Photoshoper's United by fear.
