Aaaron is the new puppet master because he is manipulating the house and audience.
 

I liked rex,luke,victor and marcus for the same reason i like Aaron.
They all played the game and caused arguments and give us something to watch.But aaron is the master and makes them all look like amatures because he has fooled the audience and we are watching it.
It makes me laugh because all his male fans know he is a game player.But all his female fans have bought into his fake character and really believe he is a nice guy not playing the game.:joker:
For this reason Aaron is the best game player that has ever walked into the house and i salute his perfect game.
(Be pc as much as possible and get the majority of pc fans on board.Play the devoted father and get the mums onside and they will ignore everything you do and justify his actions whatever he does)
Before harry left the house you all loved him..as soon as he told the truth about aaron,harry turned into a evil liar.You are so wrapped up in this fake aaron you wont believe the truth even when it is in black and white.
At least his male fans appreciate his real genius game playing and give him credit were it is due..

I'm a female aaron fan and have always been aware he had a game plan so you're quite wrong! i'm not the only one either.

I am a female fan who likes both Aaron & Harry because they are the ones I find most entertaining to watch, no other reason ( I am not maternal in the slightest or particularly PC so the kid thing would not have even crossed my mind). Whatever comments Harry has made about Aaron haven't affected my view of him as a housemate in any way so again it would never cross my mind to call him a liar....just so you know that not all female fans think the same.

Dr. Will is probably the greatest reality show puppetmaster of all time, but I wouldn't call Evel a puppetmaster.

Difference is Victor, Rex and Marcus didn't have to put on a act or steal aspects from previous series to come across good to the public, they were just born legends.

Of course us ladies know he's playing a game, but we dont care, we admire him for it

Of course. He is a good strategist, but I wouldn't call him a puppetmaster. Much of the house hated him,especially towards the end and only voted for him to win over his daughter because they hated her more.

Dr. Will on the other hand lied and backstabbed people for fun, and they knew it and still voted for him to win. A true puppetmaster.

I think Arron is the only one who abandoned his child.

But to me that is what makes him even better because he worked out the winning gameplan.The best gamplans are the winning ones.But Aaron has not pretended to be thick like many past winners.He has done it the hard way.He has been involved in nearly all the evictions in one way or another.Upset everyone in the house at some stage.But he is still in the game.

To me dr will is number 1.A true big brother legend..and funny too.
Evel looked up to will and wanted to play his game until he walked in to find his daughter in the house.Then he had to protect her and play a more aggresive role.
I think dr will fixed season 7 for mike boogie to win and he even said it at the start of the show.Then went into the evicted house and fixed the votes too.That to me proves he is the best ever because he had them all on strings and they was not bunky and hardy..they was all stars.

Dr. Will first season was very similar to Aaron IMO. There were a few times he had more balls and told them to put him up. In All-stars he had a lot of help from boogie. But ya Dr. Will takes the care.

Evel Dick wasn't that great. He got saved by American when the house wanted him out. That's the only reason he ended up winning. Without that he'd have been gone week 5-6. (yaya people claim the americas player said he'd have voted to keep dick anyways... people like to side with the 'legends' years after the fact).

Aaron's play a really good game though. I think it's because he genuine is similar to how he acts on tv. I think he's just making sure to take things to the next level of exaggeration to keep the fans in check. Gotta make sure he's on the HL every night.

Aaron doesn't suffer fools gladly, as they say, lets face it the others except a couple are fools, so he removes himself from the situation, and goes to bed;)

I believe the best game players are the ones who know when to fight and when to retreat.
If you have good on your side then fight to the end..If you messed up and end up in trouble, run and hide and hope it goes away in time. :)

Oh get real. Erik was the real puppet master on that show. Watch it again. Eric was the best player. Being America's player is what screwed him up.

No. They liked Danielle more than Dick. They voted Dick to win, because they thought he was the the master mind behind that duo. They wanted to vote for the best player.

Dr. WIll wanted to win that season. He was pretty upset when Erika talked Janelle into voting him out. He couldn't do anything after those two girls talked. Will's goal was to make it to the finals with Mike, but he wanted to win.

Agreed. He has had some Dan-esque moments, but thats about it. He doesn't compare to them as players.

yeah hes like that compared to the other bbuk housemates; but bbus just gets so many clever gameplayers who are so open ( obviously cause public doesnt vote) to gameplaying

But at the same time BBUSA is a different show all together. Aaron never had the chance to form true alliances early on since they can't talk about nominations. And people are too dumb on BBUK to put up the nice people. I think if he was on the US version he'd have done a good job manipulating people as well.

Being a gameplayer is harder on BBUK since you have to fool the audience while manipulating people in the house. If the audience had no say I think Aaron would have easily crushed everyone in that host. They are so easily manipulated. Him and Anton would have made an interesting pairing.

But if the rules were different he would be in a house with other game players. Would be harder to manipulate then. Aaron is like Richard Hatch on season 1 of Survivor, the other contestants didn't want to form alliances and be sly. So it was much easier for Hatch, since he was the only one on the island that was playing the game. Hatch isn't anywhere near the top of the greatest Survivor players ever. But because he was playing against terrible players he looked better than he really was. I believe thats what happening with Aaron here.

I'm glad to see this discussion, because something about Aaron has been reminding me of America's Player Eric for weeks now, and I thought it was just me.

It's not just about the puppet master stuff (though, that's part of it). I watched the live feeds of Eric's season and thought his storyline was much more compelling than what actually aired on the show, up until about the last week or so he was in there, when they finally aired a little of it. Eric was struggling with America's Player from the start - he clearly never wanted to do it, but knew once it was offered, if he said no, he was off the show, and the show was his lifelong dream. And in spite of the ball and chain of AP, he rose to the occasion and managed to play a pretty smart strategic game despite not being allowed to control his own destiny with votes.

Where I think Eric and Aaron are very similar is that both are overall decent, genuine, funny guys with a slightly darker streak who love Big Brother with a passion. Both are arguably not the most masculine men in the world, but seem comfortable enough with their sexuality. Yet in trying to play the game using their brains, they get labeled as "weasels" (I jumped when I saw someone call Aaron that yesterday, it was practically Eric's nickname) and snakes. And then there's the girl thing.

Like Aaron with Faye, Eric's intentions with Jessica were questioned both inside and outside of the house. He was such a good manipulator that people found it difficult to believe Jess wasn't part of his game as well, especially since viewers knew he couldn't/wouldn't tell her about America's Player. Ultimately, though, while they didn't last in the long run, their relationship did have a good run of a few months outside of the house. It was real, it just wasn't perfect. It happens.

I really don't think Aaron and Faye stand a chance with her family in the picture, but if it wasn't for their interference, I think there was something there. Aaron's not an actor, and he's not good enough to fake it. His manipulations are more about throwing strops to get the reactions he wants out of people.

Aaron has been open about playing a game, so why should we think he's not being open when he says he's not playing the girl?

I've always said Eric was my favorite Big Brother player, but Aaron is rapidly overtaking him - only because Aaron has actually been the star of his show, while Eric was just edited for comic relief for a large part of his season.
