Strict BB or Friendly BB?

Which do you prefer?

The straight talking, no nonsense Big Brother or the friendly banter Big Brother?

kisywisy 10-11-2011 11:00 PM

i like a bit of both to be honest

would be good if they assigned each of the big brother voices as bad/good for the whole series

Straight-talking, no nonsense, slightly cruel Big Brother for me.

Haha yeah. As soon as they heard a particular voice they'd now they'd had it

I think the balance shifted this year toward being more friendly. I preferred it. No need to have an heir of authority all the time.

Bollo 10-11-2011 11:13 PM

No nonsense big brother, they all need a good bollocking every now and then for our entertainment

lol i know

they'd wake up and say 'aw ****!! that bitch is on!!'

Beastie 10-11-2011 11:15 PM

Neither. A happy medium

Visage 10-11-2011 11:16 PM

I prefer the friendly version over the no nonsense.

GabbygalEvs 10-11-2011 11:16 PM

i like a bit of both i do think they were too soft this year though

Callum 11-11-2011 04:41 AM

Strict >>>>

Colbert-Bump 11-11-2011 04:43 AM

I do think they have been way too soft this year, would love to see another evil BB like series 5.

G1dds 11-11-2011 04:47 AM

Ah, well Im liking the witty BB in the diary room so think that concept should be kept

However, I would like the overall BB house to be harsher - none of this they get a party or takeaway even if they lose the shopping budget tasks..........

Kerry 11-11-2011 04:49 AM

I really love the wit. But want BB to be harsh again. Or at least how it was originally supposed to be (indifferent)

Mac Hiavellian 11-11-2011 06:24 AM

Mostly strict and authoritive but the BB5-7 era cheeky BB was great. For the last few years BB's been funny but a bit of a push-over and most of the time during this series BB's been too friendly. The BB 'character' has lost that scary, ever-watching tone

Black Dagger 11-11-2011 08:53 AM

I like a medium...

But this booze, party, takeaway every night lifestyle has just been awful.

Florence N 11-11-2011 09:14 AM

Mixed to keep HM on their toes !!!!!

Chuck 11-11-2011 09:19 AM

Strick.

Friendly and Big Brother shouldn't even be in the same sentence.

Incensed 11-11-2011 09:37 AM

I prefer it when they're strict with them but I would like to see the Rich house/Poor house task make a return at some point, I thought that was brilliant

psychtracker 11-11-2011 09:38 AM

I'd like to see a non-interventionist nothingness BB, with a robot voice or something generic. For me the focus should be more on the housemates left to their own devices. Have them use touch screens for nominations or something, with the option of explaining who they're nominating. Let's see how they go unprompted. Just ideas...

waterhog 11-11-2011 11:12 AM

seen as all HM on ch5 BB have walked all over BB and they have been very disapointing to theJoe < i would have to say we need a stricter one next time

Niamh. 11-11-2011 11:19 AM

I like how they gave them plenty of drink this year but I think they were far to nice in general, no hardships endured there at all :bored:

Jordan. 11-11-2011 11:22 AM

I've enjoyed how they've been this year but I want it strict again next year.

Well, they can still be evil and give them loads of booze like it used to happen.

waterhog 11-11-2011 11:25 AM

theres no tension if there are no mind games or strictness < i can watch a new load of young people again for 9 weeks talking about s?? and how many sha?> they have had < it gets boreing

MTVN 11-11-2011 11:30 AM

I think the punishments should have been more severe, like when Maisy discussed nominations all she had to do was wear a binbag and Anton only had to have tape over his mouth for a few hours, although I suppose at least they were punishing them at all back then

Flamingjoe 11-11-2011 04:11 PM
