The bookies know nothing. Odds only reflect when someone is putting a whole load cash one person. Like Jedward was 1/3 to win CBB and Paddy was 5/1 to win CBB.

The last time I recall it being this close in the odds was in BB9 between Rex, Rachel, Sara and Michael. Even when the vote percentages were revealed they matched the odds and it was a very tight final, anyone of those four could have won that year.
