The Killing Season 2 starts tomorrow on BBC4
This is mainly for the benefit for me and Shaun but The Killing is back tomorrow at 9PM. It's the original Danish version mind, not the American Remake.
I can't wait for it, Sarah Lund <3. |
:amazed:
is it on every (week)day again? idk if my D/L limit can cope :( |

Jeg kan ikke vente Forbrydelsen Sęson 2 - inde Sarah's uldne jumper .....
|
Every Saturday I think Shaun, it only aired every night last time because it was a repeat.
|
Ah excellent :D can't wait. So sad still about what happened to Meyer, though :(
|
Just watched the first 2 episodes - I wasn't expecting much, least of all to be impressed .....
..... but what a stunning start ..... the slow build-up to unbelievable drama ..... ..... where will will it all end - it's already gone intercontinental ..... :amazed: |
just watched the first episode, will watch the second tomorrow. Love it already
|
I just watched the first episode, I liked it but I don't find the characters as compelling as the ones from last series. I only really like Raban at the moment.
|
I liked season 1, got into it on holiday when i watched it with mum, but I missed the last few episodes :joker:
Will be catching up and then watching this :amazed: |
They've boosted the number of hotties this series... Raben and Balil  Ulrik's not bad either.
early killer prediction: someone in the People's Party |
also.

i read a review and it does come back <3
|
I just watched the second episode, I think the killer is Sorsgaard at the moment. I also think Sarah and Ulrik will end up shagging before the series is over.
|
episode 3 :amazed:
Spoiler: lund + strang  |
Who is Perk and what is his role in the alleged village massacre ?
|
only watched about half of the fourth episode, but it looks interesting... i'm not sure that the whole afghanistan thing is just a red herring though
|
I still think it's Sorsgaard, I agree with Shaun that the Afganistan business is probably a red herring kind of like how the school was in the last series.
|
An inverse of the infamous jumper :amazed: it's not the same but it'll do
|
Thomsen  -was always going to like a character with a chainsaw-
|
I'm really loving this series, I kinda think it's missing the more human element that Theis and Pernille brought to the last series but apart from that I really like it.
|
MALE NUDITY ahh/
THOMSEN ah\ BRIX <3 |
When are they going to learn to stop firing Lund :bored:
I'm convinced it's Balil now. Just because everyone else seems to be dead  |

although I'm a bit annoyed with how they're portraying Lund... I love her... but why would she storm out of her mother's wedding in the middle of a speech? NOONE'S that discompassionate :( and the same goes for her insistence at digging up Perk. She was never this ruthless in S1...
|
Yeah, They're overdoing her determination in this series. Louise is starting to get on my tits, she's so bleh. Pernille > her.
It does get annoying when they rely on sacking Lund for some drama. I still think it's Sorgaard that's the kller, The defense minister will be a red herring I think. |
he probably has a connection with Sogaard or Balil (family or something) so has covered it up, that's my guess (still think it's Balil though :p)
|
 Buch's meltdown with the Integration minister's guests <3
It can't be Strange :suspect: -is halfway through the 8th episode- it just can't be. I'm still thinking it's Balil. |

I hope it all becomes clear in the end because the plot machinations are becoming preposterous ..... :bored:
|
First off, LOUISE YOU SLUT!
Secondly I still think that Sorgaard is still involved somehow. I don't think he's the murderer but I think he played a big role in it all in some way. I didn't like the whole Strange scenario, I always think it's too predictable in these types of shows for the partner to be the murderer. Thirdly I hope that Buch gets the opportunity to serve the Justice Minister and the PM's arses on a platter. |
yeah the Strange twist was totally uncalled for and a bit OTT - there were surely easier ways for them (Strange/Lund) to slowly fall for each other and let her guard down

:o maybe I wasn't
|
oh no, no I was
|
:o :o :o
NO ah/ |
but...but...I LIKED HIM :'(
|
A very disappointing last 4 episodes - contrived, cliched, preposterous and totally unbelievable ..... I won't bother with another series ..... :bored:
|
I hated that Strange was behind it all, it was too much of a cliche. I was so disappointed in Buch sold out and that Raben took part in the killing depressed me to no end. That last shot of him s0b.
I think overall the series hasn't been as good as the first, It's lacked the family element that made the first series so unique and the characters bar Buch and Raben were nowhere near as good. I think a big problem with this series was that I felt they were making it up as they went along, it didn't have the cohesion of the first series at all. I hope they pull it back for the third series. |
