What would you sing at Karaoke?

The party season is upon us. What song(s) would you sing for Karaoke?

I would do a song with friends, wouldn't have the confidence to sing alone. Probably a girlband song, something like Hold on by Wilson Philips or Eternal Flame by the Bangles.

edit: To make the thread more entertaining we coukd all suggest songs for our fellow fms?

I can just imagine the following -

Michael21 - Love machine by Girls Aloud

Marc, Shaun, Nathan and Zee - Bohemian Rhapsody

Benji - Turtle-icious (Superstitious)

Scott - I'm like a bird by Nelly Furtado

Niamh - Number One by Ndubz

Niamh. 18-12-2011 04:10 PM

I don't do Karaoke, except this one time when I was really drunk and I sang More Than Words about 5 times, in a row :/

Black Dagger 18-12-2011 04:10 PM

I'd do Wham, I'm Your Man.

Vicky. 18-12-2011 04:15 PM

Fave at the min is grenade by bruno mars :)

Closely followed by dont speak

Mystic Mock 18-12-2011 04:18 PM

Mad World by Tears For Fears or Colourblind by The Counting Crows.

Locke. 18-12-2011 04:19 PM

A group performance of The Streets - You're Fit But You Know It always goes down well

Samuel. 18-12-2011 04:25 PM

Mr. Brightside

Or anything from Hot Fuss actually.

I've done Somebody Told Me for karaoke before, in a bar in Faliraki. I sang it beautifully.

Kate! 18-12-2011 04:31 PM

The Karaoke that me and my friend witnessed (we didn't get involved) had a prize fund of £200!!! There was only like 5/6 people taking part, I wish I had done it now

Sensational.

Pls do it now. Upload and share x

Tom4784 18-12-2011 08:13 PM

I might do if I find the house empty one of the days although I must warn you, my voice is so angelic and pure that your ears couldn't cope with hearing another sound afterwards since it just wouldn't be able to compare so they'd render themselves deaf.

It's why my second album bombed

Niamh. 18-12-2011 08:14 PM

Marc 18-12-2011 08:19 PM

Dean... I want to take that risk! I do

I really love that song, I love the book too. It's surprising they've never used it for X-factor really.

Could you imagine them trying to sing it though? I don't think any contestants so for would have been able to pull it off

joeysteele 18-12-2011 08:31 PM

'Things will go my way' or 'Our lives' by the Calling.

She probably would have been closest to getting it but Kate has such an unusual voice I think it's just one of those songs that shouldn't be touched
