Discussing Nominations -- Continue for BB13?
 

Im thinking this was a sort of dry run for it, I hope they keep it will be much plotting in a normal series :devil:

I love the bitching, paranoia, and slyness it's causing.

It will continue, but I hope it doesn't. It pretty much guarantees a one v one eviction every week

I hope not, the two things I don't like being messed with are discussing noms and contact with the outside world

Imagine if a group of awful housemates formed an alliance, and each week continuously put up everybody else.

Basically, I only like the nomination tactics that come with discussing noms when they're used by housemates I like. And since there are normally more housemates I dislike than like... ditch it.

Ditch it, it just makes nominations more about forming cliques and planning and plotting when it should just be about people going in there and voting for the two people who they like the least, or have pissed off them off that week, and not having been influenced by what everyone else is voting for

Loads of ways to get around it, I quite like the idea that no HM can face the public vote 2 consecutive weeks.

The Wolfpack would have murdered Aaron and the gang early on last year if they could have discussed them then

I voted ditch. Maybe keep it for the Celebrity version but for the regular version, I'd prefer it if they couldn't talk about nominations.

What are you talking about? iirc Aaron faced the public vote almost every week and topped the votes each time too :idc: .............did I mention he also won?

That is just because he never went one on one against Anton or Jay :idc:

We all know Anton would of beat Aaron head to head. It could of happened had Anton got his wish :idc:

I don't like nom's being discussed, it allows for voting blocks and lazy/repetitive nomination reasons.

I also think not being allowed creates much more paranoia.

Anton will become a Victor, always legendary but never a winner :idc:

I'd say for the regular series ditch it, it takes the paranoia away when people are able to discuss things, remember Tara Reid, now that was paranoia at it's best and I keep thinking what would've had happened if in this series discussing nominations would have been forbidden, Denisse would have gone completely mad at this point.

Gangs will form and plan to kick out a certain HM each time. Vote to Save can be their saving grace but I don't but to count on it.

I dont get the block voting argument, that happens anyway, I mean look at BB10!

If anything it could encourage disceivement and stop it also.

I'd like it for one week, it was genius when Anton thought he got Faye/Aaron up but Aden/Jay and Anton were soon up as well.

Bloody hell. We need about 8 more years of house-mates before they could even contemplate that happening :p

I don't like how Soap Opera and Scripted BB USA is and how it's dull and that the host needs to ****** off and leave the earth.

But I love the game playing and bitchiness of that, if anyone here watches Shipwrecked :love: which is IMO better than Big Brother has been the past few years, that has alot of gameplaying in it too. :love:

No discussing noms, No outsiders allowed in ,Vote to evict, not save, back to the basic ,real big brother

Ew no, V.T.S has saved this series... Vote to save needs to stay, it's not C5's fault some morons are claiming fix and wanting evict back because they can't even be bothered to save their favourite.

I hope they revert back to NOT talking about nominations, there is much more room for paranoia if you really aren't sure who has nominated who...also it gives more scope for whole house punishments which we must get back to, as BB12 inmates had it far too easy... they could perhaps do it for just a week half way through or something, but not all the time.

Vote to save should stay as it is much fairer and gives everyone a chance to vote, also must create alot more revenue than a vote to evict so I cant see it being changed...at least I hope it isnt.

On Channel 5, yes.
I'm not saying it's going to be successful by any means - but Channel 5 would easily keep it, and I think if they sign another contract after BB13, it will probably be a 5 Year contract.
That's what Endemol did with Channel 4.

Big Brother isn't as 'unpopular' as people on here make out to be honest, it's far more talked about now than it was during BB10/BB11.
