By the way, these are the official classifications of ethnicity used in the UK Census, so I don't know why 'Chinese' is doesn't fall into 'Asian'.

Why the hell have you written 'Asian' and 'Chinese' as two categories? It's ridiculous how often western people generalise Asian people and act as if Chinese is the only important one. Really annoys me in actual fact.
