When boiling Spaghetti...
How do I know how much to boil just for me? I always seem to make too much :conf:

Ahh just throw it in. Better to have too much than too little.

Normally do as much as what the sauce I'm doing it with says. About 200g
although that serves like 3 people but i eat it all anyway |
Put in less than you normally do

Doesn't it double in size when you boil it? So half the amount you want to eat.

If its a 500g pack, then roughly one fifth of the pack

a large handful.

I think I'll probably have to snap it in half too so will have to take that into account

I remember in food tech this girl set her spaghetti on fire cause it was sticking out of the pan. Dunno how she managed it but she did.

Best thing to do is make a sh.it load and then freeze what you have left over for when you are next in the mood.

yeah, cos once you open sauce you need to use it quite fast I think, so best to put a lot to use.
