Why should you give it back to the owner? Surely, the owner doesn't care enough to keep it safe. Keep it, lad, if you can unlock it. It shouldn't be that difficult to find. The code I'm on about here now. They're only a bunch of numbers - it must be some combination. It just may take a while.

You should hand it into a police station or something to be honest. It isn't your property and the person who owns it is probably looking for it.
