I have just started doing this and I haven't for 18 years, but I do 'arm under the pillow and sleep on side -I turn over right and left in the night without me knowing until I wake up-' movement.. don't know why. But it's comfy.

When I answered this poll a long time ago I thought that I slept like A but my bf has informed me that I sleep in the F position. :blush:
