If London was destroyed, which city would become capital of England?
Birmingham or Manchester? Also I say England became it's likely the United Kingdom would collapse with London gone.
I was told in year 7/8 that Leeds would become the capital D:
Probably Manchester. Thats the second largest, right?
But yeah England along with the entire country would be screwed without London. We'd lose a massive economic, cultural, and tourist hub. |
Norwich of course
(birmingham, central)
If the UK did hypothetically survive, I reckon the UK captial would become Edinburgh due to it being the biggest parliment outside London, so it would be easier to switch operations there. I reckon England's capital would become Manchester, Birmingham may be more central, but Manchester is probably the most important city in England next to London.

Birmingham.
Birmingham, beyond a doubt.
Birmingham is the 2nd city, so it would become the capital.
Manchester
Good grief, Birmingham as the capital....We'd be doomed.
Skegness of course :idc:
We could rebuild the country and just call it Panem :amazed:
