how excited are you for the new series of BB?

Id say a 6.

about an 8! I just really hope they pick a good set of housemates this year!

I remember watching the launch last year with so much excitement, but my excitment dwindleing after every housemate was introduced ( maybe bar heaven, tashie and alex)

They have to pick a good mix else it will just go to pot.

Not that much tbh having seen that it isn't the BB show anymore: it's mostly a platform for massive egos.

A few weeks ago I would have said below 5 definitely, but now I know the launch date and with the hot weather, I would say about a 7 today.:) I will never feel a 10 again though like BB5 (2004) and BB6 (2005) launch nights.

Actually looking forward to it more this time around then I did last years version. Might be because CBB was a good season

I'l say a 7 but I won't be properly excited until the first set of house-mates go in on launch night.

8 at least, I always look forward to it starting though.

After the terrible editing of the previous series, I'm less looking forwards to it.. hopefully some decent HMs this round - 6/7

About a 5 I would say. I look forward to the launch, but my interest may wane or accelerate on seeing who actually goes in.

After seeing Layla's house tour, I'd say 7, before that I was probably a 4.

We're one of the biggest Big Brother forums there is, we use to be so active and full of optimism for the series;

You just know how much the show has lost it's appeal now. And yeah I'm at 6 - which is strange because usually with 8 days to go before launch, I find myself drawing eyes, watching old clips, talking about it constantly, looking at house pictures analysing everything etc

This year I couldn't care less. And it upsets me.

It's like that feeling you get when you're a kid and you find out Santa isn't real.

I think most people aren't super excited because the last two regular BB's have been very disappointing. BB had a disappointing end on C4, and a disappointing start on C5. However, last CBB was possibly the best ever - so there is potential for producers to have stepped up their game for the new series. But I won't get my hopes up yet.

No. The best CBB is still 2006. For me anyway.

I'm a 1. Unfortunately I haven't been able to muster up actual excitement for the show in years. Like Patrick said, it's a bit like Christmas after you know Santa isn't real.

8, i'm super excited for this summer. BBUK and BBUS, and also the premeire of Glass House and the return of BBAUS.

So much reality TV to watch coming up! :dance:

Don't get me wrong I still have some excitement but very little compared to the 11/10 I usually am so I would say 3.

I have defended this program through thick and thin but with the live feed issue i have finally given up R.I.P. BBUK :bawling::bawling::bawling:

I had high hopes that C5 could put right the wrongs and bring it back but they have failed to address the issues that caused it to flop.
The show is nothing more than a shell of its former self it now panders to an audience that i will just say is erm not the shiniest buttons on the jacket.

I hope for the best but i cant see chavvel 5's script being good enough.

Hoping we have a good mix of housemates rather than the usual 'love myself' types.

6 for me too. I liked the House but all the twist rumours have turned me off. I wish the Daily Star would ****.

I am really really looking forward to this series so I'd say 10. The buzz around the series on here reminds me of earlier seasons

I'm sitting at around 8ish at the moment...any other year I'd be almost bursting with excitement. Even my husband said to me last night when I saw the ad air for the first time..."what, no screeching?"

I don't think there much buzz at all on here this year, considering there only 5 days to go, untill the show starts.
