Arron Accusing Adam of Bullying
Pot meet Kettle Arron...
You can dish it out and bully females, but as soon as a male stands up to you, you can't take it .. |
It's what all bullies do, deflect the blame.
|
Arron just doesn't understand what bullying is.
|
Pot meet kettle is a racist remark. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Arron only had a spine when it came to taking digs at the females. |
His anus was unavailable as Conor owned it.
|
Arron deflects everything when it suits him.....knob.
|
If Adam seriously intended to do it every day then it would not have been good.
But that one time was fantastic. |
Arron knows he wasn't bullying him really, it was a possible technical assault, throwing water at each other is one thing like Arron and Deana did that night but anything in or other than just water is a different thing.
Had Adam thrown this over Scott or any of the females in there this forum would be likely really baying for him to get punished bigtime. He wouldn't have dared throw it over Luke S,Luke A or Conor. However,it was a payback for Arron's foolishness and Arron took it really well overall. I say again, I have not seen anything in the house from any housemate to indicate they are bullies or that there has been any bullying. |

Bullying is not what Arron as done, Arron simply play reversible innocent pranks, What Benedict did to Luke S was a vicious personal attack, becsue it was to harm him, not just a simple innocent joke, but a vindictive hate related act. Arron does poke Dean and many other HM as well, so it is not simply aimed at Deana, but at many HM, Dena does react more than the others, but not because she is the only target. Also to be pointed out, Arron had been punished very severely for going into the blue team area, how come Ashleigh was not punished for going into the green team area? I think Arron did not think the punishment was going to be that harsh considering, NOTHING WAS DONE for Ashleigh infraction. It is a case BB really make all the time with Arron and never as bad a punishment for all the other HM not following the rules, like discussing nominations, even Lydia was never put on the spot for discussing nomination after the dunk task with Deana, she was having a full on nomination talk with Luke A and Adam I think, but nothing came as punishment. So why only when they want to Punish Arron and not others? |
Arron deserved it imo, but did take it quite well I thought and particularly with Rebecca going on and on in the bedroom. He quickly lost my respect again though with that silly comment. It was Ashleigh's comment to Adam that pissed me off though.

ha that was shocking i was like wtf is he serious.he said he was intimidating lol aww was he scared of adam funny stuff. and very sad at the same time

Actually although I think Arron should just let this pass now, I watched it again this morning with a friend who is a Solicitor,.
She said Adam committed an assault, it would likely be deemed that in the outside world. However, she then went further, (I didn't realise this at the time of seeing it last night), Adam said in response to Arron, saying that if he stayed tonight,he wasn't going to sleep in that smelly bed so would go in another,to which Adam then threatened to do it to him again and again if he moved beds. That is a step futher on from a prank or just a technical assault, that is threatening harrassment and intimidation which is like bullying. If Arron went to the police say on this, which he won't because he took it well enough but not the added further threats, the police would likely see it funny but never the less you cannot go around threatening people and harrassing them so would see it through,Arron could also take out a private action from the visual evidence of BB. My Solicitor friend said she would certainly have took on a case like this if someone went to her with this scenario. I state again, had Adam done this to Deanafor instance, then further threatened if she moved beds to do it again, there would be a massive outcry on here for him to be punished and who in any event gave Adam the right to punish any housemate furhter after BB had done so. Caroline makes an offensive off the cuff remark as to a housemate and gets a formal warning, Adam takes matters into his own hands and thows offensive liquid material over a housemate then threatens to do it again and again if they try to avoid it by moving beds but gets nothing said, just how are you? Wrong is wrong no matter who does it.With this further threat to do it again, Adam came close to, if in fact didn't already cross over to this being a likely criminal offence.no way a serious matter but one that needs addressing by BB and punishing too with a formal warning like Caroline had to have. |
Adam is such a teddy bear. Anyone who would be intimidated by Adam needs to grow a spine.

One word: Douche!

Arron and Conners treatment of Deanna was far more intimidating and aggressive than anything Adam ever did to Arron. |
There was nothing violent or aggressive or intimidating about anything Adam has done. He calmly filled the bucket with the slop, and calmly walked up to Arron and dumped it on him, he was never aggressive in any way.
Arron and Conners treatment of Deanna was far more intimidating and aggressive than anything Adam ever did to Arron.
Except Arron and Conor have not threatened to do the same thing over and over again no matter where Deana went to. A big difference and Arron never really made threats to her anyway. So,with respect, UK law would disagree with that, the one event was fair enough although it should have been with water and no other substance added without warning. So that constututed a technical assault/abuse. However, the follow on threats by Adam to do it again no matter where the person moved to, was and would be in UK law seen as threatening harrassment,(just as if Conor had repeated his threat as to Deana, which he hasn't) and could be constituted in law as intimidation and harrassment which is in fact in the UK a criminal offence. Arron could in truth, report Adam for this,(bit clearly he won't as he took it well overall), Adam though would at the very least get interviewed and a probable caution if he did for the further harrassing threats to do the same again and again no matter what bed the person moved to,with the caution recorded and kept on police files. I even know someone who would willingly take up this case for Arron if he wanted them to because it occurred in a public setting, the evidence is there for all to see. |
Give it a rest joey, you are usually quite rational but I can't agree with you on this one....

Lostalex is making good and valid points from his perspective as I believe I am too from mine with no problem between us at all. If he tells me to in effect shut up then that is fine. However, I am an equal member here like you kizzy, I can make my points and converse with who I please unless 'they' tell me otherwise. Lostalex, does not live in the UK,the laws in the USA may be slightly different here to there, I posted what I had seen and learned in no offensive way to Lostalex at all and Lostalex has never been offensive in any way to me either. Don't read my posts kizzy,if you don't like the content but please refrain from telling me how or what I can post. If the person I am conversing with doesn't wish me to respond to their posts that is fine and once 'they' tell me so then I will not do so,just as if I ask people to stop responding to mine. If I was doing anything wrong,in any event then I would be told by a moderator and not you ,with the fullest respect kizzy. |
I wasn't offended at all joey, and i don't think you should shut up. yur entitled to yur opinion bro. nothing wrong with disagreeing.

And what would your Solicitor friend say about Conor's threats towards Deana or his man-handling of Scott after the football table got taken away?

I thought this mostly myself but have checked to make sure.Thank you for the question as I have learned sonmething from this. Outside the house, Conor's offensive words and threats about Deana if reported would have had Conor likely spoken to, much as it did by BB in the house. He got, we are told a formal warning from BB and if he did it again or threatened to, he would be out. Outside too,he would have been interviewed more formally by the police for the second comments/threats if made and if the incident was reported. He could have been in trouble, yes. As for the manhandling as to Scott you mention, Scott made no complaint, therefore nothing could be done,BB,and clearly this was an issue for them and they saw no reason to act either, with no objection formally to the incident by Scott or anyone else, there would be no legitimate reason to act on it. Since in neither instance, the comments or perceived threats as to Deana or any 'manhandling 'of Scott,(if Scott sees it that way,) has been repeated or threatened to be repeated, therefore there is again no legitimate reason at this time for further action as to Conor by BB or outside authority. It is not as I pointed out, that Adam committed the initial act on Arron that would be the problem in the main, it is when Arron asked it to stop and said he was going to move beds. That then, with Adam saying he would do it again and again no matter which beds he moved to, that is when the prank became more harrassment and intimidation. In the UK we do not have intimidation as an offence, it is under coercion, in that if someone tries to force someone else to do something they don't want to repeatedly, that can be an offence under harrassment law guidelines in the UK. I may have gone on too much on this to a degree but law fascinates me as I am studying law, Adam and this incident has helped me actually to learn some vital facts I will need next year. I am sorry in advance to have such a long post to answer you, but there is masses of detail I have had to leave out just to say the above, the law is extremely comeprehensive and intricate too. |

Poor Aaron shaved his hoop an all for Conor then got evicted. He will have to wait for his master to leave the house before bedding him and getting satisfaction!

I am happy to engage in conversation on all topics on this forum and more deeply with other members who wish also to do that, What I will not take is another member in effect telling me to shut up because they don't agree with what I am saying. I never do that to anyone else so do not expect it back. I have in the past felt it necessary to say to someone,we are getting nowhere so it is best to avoid each other's posts on the topic from now on but Lostalex and I were having a good discussion on the issue with no problems. Of course others can make their comments to any discussion 2 other members are having on a topic but not to tell one or the other to in effect shut up simply because I was saying things they didn't like to hear and also I had never said anything previous in response to them too. |
@JoeySteele
TYVM for your reply. Personally I am of the opinion that perception is 9/10ths of the law. I would almost posit it is more important to know who the judge is for the case and how to sell your perspective to him/her. I'm sure some technical knowledge comes in handy too from time to time :) |
