The Julian - Coleen thing looked rehearsed to me.

He was fired because a complaint was made and upheld... or he would have taken it to tribunal, no doubt. I don't see that's got anything to do with this at all though. The rest of your post doesn't seem to come to any kind of point so I'll leave it at that.
