what's wrong with it's ear? every time it's ear flops over it looks like it has a giant cancerous tumor on it.

it's weird that they have that flap of skin over their ears, what purpose could it serve? wouldn't they hear better without the floppy bit? It's like foreskin for the ear or something. Someone should cut it off.
