Brother Leon 21-11-2012 08:43 AM

Terry as player manager is my bet.

Novo 21-11-2012 08:47 AM

Mark Hughes - Doesn't win a game all season.. still has a job

Please don't do it Rafa!!!!!

Brother Leon 21-11-2012 09:44 AM

Oh, please be Rafa!!!!

How I missed that guy. :joker:

Locke. 21-11-2012 09:45 AM

Give him it full time and he will win the league, it must not happen

He is the one person that would be able to get Torres going there aswell

Brother Leon 21-11-2012 09:47 AM

Give it to him, it's a two horse race between the Manny clubs again.

Locke. 21-11-2012 09:51 AM

The ideal man for the job is Harry Redknapp, watch them fall down the table and get the added bonus of Harry's updates through his car window on deadline day.

Locke. 21-11-2012 09:59 AM

Guillem Balague saying Guardiola was approached a few days ago, so they already had pretty much made their mind up before last nights result.

Petershaw1984 21-11-2012 10:36 AM

Silly decision by roman

King Gizzard 21-11-2012 06:19 PM

Guillem Balague ‏@GuillemBalague

Rafa Benitez will be the next Chelsea manager

Jesus. 21-11-2012 06:24 PM

Don't do it Rafa. You're better than those classless *****.

Locke. 21-11-2012 06:25 PM

The Chelsea forums are in meltdown, they really do hate him for some reason.

Going to be even weirder watching him manage them than it is watching Torres play for them

Novo 21-11-2012 06:26 PM

Amazing :joker: :joker:

Marcus. 21-11-2012 06:26 PM

oh dear

Brother Leon 21-11-2012 06:28 PM

:joker:

Amazing, just amazing. Roman single handedly withdrawing Chelsea from the title race.

It's because they bought the media campaign about him being a crap manager who cost Liverpool honors, rather than the truth.

King Gizzard 21-11-2012 06:28 PM

Telegraph Sport ‏@TelegraphSport

Benitez has signed an 18-month deal.

King Gizzard 21-11-2012 06:29 PM

I think he'll do well, surely sacked if they don't win everything though

Locke. 21-11-2012 06:30 PM

"I don't care what he's won in the past, I don't want him anywhere near our club and I will be utterly disgusted and sick if we appoint him, even on a temporary basis.

The thought of seeing his smug, fat face and listening to his inane ramblings sitting at a press conference in a Chelsea tracksuit is enough to make me start watching Rugby instead. "

Rafa doing us all a favour and emptying out Stamford Bridge

Brother Leon 21-11-2012 06:30 PM

Rafa had problems with Liverpool and the powers above etc. No way he and Roman are going to work well.

This is great.

More to do with the Champions League Semi Final in 2005 i would say

Jesus. 21-11-2012 06:32 PM

Rafa only had problems with owners, when they promised him things that mysteriously didn't appear, and then sold his players without giving him the money to spend. And telling him what he had to spend, then as he was about to spend it, they withdrew it.

Don't make Rafa promises you have no intention of keeping, and he's golden.

Marc 21-11-2012 06:32 PM

oh okay

Marcus. 21-11-2012 06:33 PM

it an deal he there till the season over

I think it's more than that. The fact we beat them with Djimi Traore should work in Rafa's favour. The media tore Rafa to strips.

MTVN 21-11-2012 06:35 PM

Only till the end of the season, not 18 months?

Locke. 21-11-2012 06:36 PM

"Bad day. Up there with relegation in 88.

Sickened. "

King Gizzard 21-11-2012 06:36 PM

Telegraph say 18 months, doubt he'd take a short term deal. Roman would have no problems getting rid of him for Pep anyway.

MTVN 21-11-2012 06:37 PM

Well interim manager till the end of the season is what they've just said on the City-Madrid build up :idc:

Locke. 21-11-2012 06:37 PM

The official site says until the end of the season

Marcus. 21-11-2012 06:37 PM

chelsea fans on tiwter wow
