Whats the one thing you love to cook or make from scratch, sweet and savory?
Mine are,
Savory: shepherds pie
sweet: trifle

The dishes I make the most are spaghetti bolognese, lasagne or meatballs. I do not make the pasta myself though. :tongue:

Pan fried duck with a chocolate and lavender sauce. I'm being serious.

Dessert: Tiramusi

Bolognese sauce with like 30 ingredients. Takes all day but is worth it at the end. Sweet: tray of brownies or empanadas.

messy stuff. enchiladas, pancakes, fajitas.

I do a pretty good sweet & sour too.

Starter - curried banana soup
Main - honey chilli chicken

I'm not much of a dessert person

Don't think I've ever cooked a meal from scratch in my life, apart from pasta

Savoury - Spaghetti Bolognaise. :o
Sweet - Apple Pie!

I make most things from scratch mostly soups, stews, casseroles etc.

My favourites atm are probably

Main: Baked pork chops with onions, mushrooms and gravy

Dessert: Rhubarb Crumble

Pasta stars :joker:

I done even care, they taste sooooooo good

I make a mean chicken tikka masala, most of the stuff I cook is from scratch.

Roast dinners are my speciality.

I've never ever made a dessert.

I do **** hot chilli burritos and fantastic chicken fajitas.

I don't think I've ever made a sweet though

I make a mean roast dinner.

I make a pasta shah with tomato soup, ham, mushrooms, cheese and ****. It's nice.

I make a good apple crumble too. And cakes and cookies

Savoury - Spaghetti Bolognese. My Mum got this recipe from this old lady when she lived in Italy and my God it's perfection. :worship:

I like making cakes and stuff for others, and I make a yummy Lemon and Lime merignue, even if I do say so myself, but since making Coca Cola cake, it goes down a treat with most family and friends, they seem to love it. I am not a great lover of chocolatey foods and drinks, as the the Coca cola cake should be rich in that department it actually isn't too bad, and even I love it, it is also quite a moist cake and so very easy to eat, and goes down a treat with a nice hot cup of tea :) Savoury would be quiches I suppose.

You wouldn't mind signing something to that effect would you?
