cigarettes even though I haven't smoked in 7 weeks, also microwave butter pop corn but I beat that addiction when my microwave broke a year ago. I never got it fixed and the cured my addiction

I smoke every other day but I don't think I'm addicted tbh, I also have a beer, or two, max 3 every day and I don't think I'm an alcoholic either.

Well all that depends on whether you could carry on quite normally without the beer everyday or would you have a meltdown if you couldn't have any?

This is the same as me really, I have quite a lot of caffeine too but don't think I'm addicted to it exactly

I think it's different for cigarettes though, I don't think you can smoke alot but not be addicted

Test the theory, stop drinking caffinated drinks and see what happens.

I dunno, I've sort of smoked for about 18 months/2 years but never have more than 2 a day if that, and I often go days and weeks without feeling the need for one

When there's no alcohol I do miss having a beer whilst watching tele after dinner but not enough to make me go and buy it.

I enjoy caffeine drinks though, don't want to give them up for the sake of a silly test :idc:

Well, it was more of a reference to Redways post saying that he smoked alot but wasn't addicted but yeah you must have more of a tolerance. If I could do that with ciggies I'd happily be an occasional smoker, unfortunately though when it comes to cigarettes I'm all or nothing :(
