Unfortunately, it rarely gets nice enough to do that here even in summer

that it isn't too far till autumn and winter when it can be cold and nice again

Shaun 21-04-2013 02:44 AM

Picnics and frisbee in the park
Drinking ice cold alcohol outside pubs
The general warmth (& occasional amazing breeze)
No school/uni
Everyone generally seems happier
Fairground comes to town
So do loads of tourists and weird people and it's fun to meet them

idk I'm generally an optimist about all seasons, summer's the easiest to get people together and do something though since everyone's home and not complaining about the weather, dark nights or so on. :spin2:

InOne 21-04-2013 09:15 AM

Not a massive fan of summer. Maybe if I didn't live in the city I'd like it more.

Everything about it.

The sun.
Cruising with windows down
Ice cold drink
Shisha and relaxing in the garden.
Football in the park
Chilling with friends out.
Holiday from Uni.
Better mood and not depressing like Winter.
Summer clothes and wearing Shades.
Legs on show

Patrick 21-04-2013 02:58 PM

Days to yourself
It being bright like all the time
Parties
Big Brother
Freedom

Suze 21-04-2013 03:28 PM

I wish I could hibernate through the summer months :( or just that Spring turned straight to Autumn instead. The heat of summer just does me in, not a Summer person apart from how beautiful the Countryside especially looks in Summer in bloom.
