He's been past it for years, has just relied on his name and reputation to still get games in top flight football

That game against Greece people will just remember him for scoring the free kick at the end but he was the best player on the pitch by far

and then the Champions League final where his two corners started the plays for both the goals United scored and he won the Corner himself for the second one

After getting sent off against Argentina the way he took that penalty against them in the 2002 world cup without any fear and just raced towards the fans and kissed the England badge

that free kick against Ecuador even though we were playing **** all game it was probably the only way we were going to score that day
