IX is a great game, I always tend to forget about it though.

Of the 100 nobles, 87 were impressed.

Queen Brahne was not impressed.

I impressed 98 of the nobles, and Queen Brahne was quite impressed :joker:

I've just got to the part where the airship crashes.

i love the Rufus Shinra Ceremony music scene in the Evil Forest, good touch.

I'm not far into this yet, but I love Vivi and Steiner.

Ah i love that game. always get stuck fairly early though :/

Vivi is one of my favourite FF characters. His storyline is incredible.

I don't know what it is that I love about him, he's just such a likable character.

I think all the characters are pretty likeable in FFIX even the Villains

I just reached the first village, about 4 hours in now.

Thats about how much time i spend levelling up outside the Evil Forest

This game is my favourite thing ever. So many feels.

The characters are all brilliant, I reached the part where you find Vivi underground, lol.

have you played the card game much? it's nowhere near as good as the FF8 card game but still pretty good

I've played a few games, I thought it was going to be over complicated, but its pretty easy, lol.

I genuinely do think VIII and IX are so underated,,,so many people just consider VII to be the best and dont bother talking about how good the other two are

I may have to start a game on IX, this topic has put me in the mood for it.

Yeah, I played VII, but I found it really hard to get into, however, 20 minutes after I started playing IX, I fell in love with it.

Play FFVI after IX if you haven't already played it before, It's pretty much the creme de la creme of Final Fantasy.

Yeah, I've been told its a one of the best ones, is it out for any modern consoles?

VI-IX are all out on the PSN, I'm pretty sure you can get I,II and IV for the PSP as well.

I'm on disc 2 now, don't worry I didn't miss Quina, or meeting Mogster. I've just reached Treno now.

I didnt bump into those, I'll probably head outside Treno's gates when I next play, to level up a bit, I did however bump into a ghost who wanted some ore... lol.

Haha, I gave him the ore and got a hi-potion in return, so its not all bad, lol.

I always thought you had to go to Cleyra before Treno.. then again i haven't played it in ages

Yeah Treno with Garnet and Steiner is beginning of Disc 2, once they arrive in Alexandria you go back to Burmecia with Zidane/Vivi/Freya/Quina and travel to Cleyra.

...yeah I know this game too well.

Oh yeah i forgot all about the party being split for that part.. was it Marcus and Steiner in that bell thing where you had to go side to side to reach the ledge? loved that bit :worship:
