They are all talking about how they want to go up and talk to Gareth, I thought all DR personnel were supposed to be "BB" or anonymous!

Gareth must be the person from Ocado who brings in the supermarket budget..... who is called Dave from Ocado in the advert ;)

I'm fairly sure that he's DR staff but why do they ALL want to talk to him specifically!

They have a therapist that they can talk to sometimes i think..that's probably him

If course they have to know the psychologist's name, you have to be personal with them to be able to trust them. As ever all sessions will be in confidence

Hi everyone, I'm Gareth.

I've actually been counseling HM's since BB1.
My role is mainly to observe and listen. I only intervene if a HM looks like he/she is at breaking point or is becoming volatile.

I want to assure everyone that I'm the ONLY crew member whom the HM's know by name.
I hope none of you feel deceived or disolussioned by this.
For the most part, the BB house is exactly as isolated from the outside as it appears to be on the show.
I'm the one exception.

I hope this clears up any misunderstanding.

^I understand your skepticism. After all, the theme of this year's BB is "Secrets & Lies".

But I want to assure forum members that my counselling role in no way undermines the seclusion of the BB house.
Beyond reassuring HM's that their family and friends on the outside are well, I do not pass on any information of the outside world.
