Day 59: The 'Do as you're told' task

They may be on a bit of a high after four housemates survived last night's eviction, but BB just shocked the housemates as the booming voice of legendary Big Brother voiceover genius Marcus Bentley piped into the House.

He's going to be narrating all the House action today in the same style as he would in the nightly show. This time however he's going to be doing his job from a booth, holding a microphone which he'll use to commentate on the events around him.

All of his commentary will be broadcast throughout the House. This time, instead of watching the action and commenting on what he sees, his voice will be scripting the action, setting up scenes and situations for the housemates to follow at his whim.

Whether he wants to create tension, conjure up some awkward scenarios or funny moments, Marcus has the power. Housemates must do as they're told. Any time they hear commentary which refers to them, housemates must do exactly what that commentary describes.

If our obedient housemates do as they’re told and quickly follow all instructions, they'll successfully pass the task (yay!). If any individual housemate refuses to follow the commentary at any point, they will fail the task for everyone (boo!)

A pass will win the housemates an exceedingly special Caribbean BBQ party. They're not going to want to miss out on this one. Trust us.

Yep its quite repetitive cause we already has a commentary task earlier.... :sleep:

Doesn't sound half bad.. might be a rehash but if it's entertaining then I don't see the issue

Not a bad task.....might make for some funny/awkward situations. It really depends on what he makes them do. :P

Actually sounds alright, Marcus is going to be telling them what to do so theres a slight difference...

wouldn't it be great if they made dexter and gina sit down and discuss their true back stories. Any lies will be a fail. Not interested in the others as they are pretty close to their vt,s but what a bombshell if The rat and Sweaty betty were forced to tell all and see what the others think of them. Gina outs herself as a low life chick from the hood and Dexter outs himself a s a low life scummbag. How would the likes of Sophie react, tv gold.

2:02pm Charlie has just been ordered to give Sophie an elocution lesson. Sophie doesn't know what that means #bbuklive

To be fair at least three of these things caused huge drama in the house this year. Rehashes are not necessarily bad if they are successful in stirring the series.

Why don't they just put a television and internet in the house?, so that the housemates can keep up to date with whats happening in the outside World.

1.12pm: All the housemates decide to have a food fight, in the kitchen" - Marcus dictates housemates every move in today's task, and things get messy in the kitchen.

Dexter does not have a girlfriend. He only went out with Charlotte on two dates. She has a new boyfriend. So Dexter is free to date Charlie. :dance:

Jo who runs Dexter Twitter said the girl is just a friend & they had only been out on 2 dates prior to him coming into BB.

Isnt it wonderful how Dexter supporters are changing tact now he has got sex on the brain. But wait, does he not have a GF, or maybe not, or maybe he has, or maybe not. He has worked the lie so often he doesent even know himself but it is strange that is so called GF went on BB last night yet she has another BF. Anything and everything to do with this little weasel is clouded with lies and deceit. But he will be forgiven wont he. Double standards.
