Have you ever heard of Dublin Wives
before Danielle went in the house?
No, and I have a friend who is obsessed with all these 'real housewive' shows. And she hasnt heard of it either :suspect:
Nope, does it even air in the UK?
Could be "Secrets and Lies" all over again as far as i'm concerned! :conf:...funny if she turned out to be the peoples puppet Michael's Dublin wife though!
It's definitely a real show :D
They showed a clip of it somewhere. |
i live in ireland and i've never heard of it
I have watched it a couple of times ...it's crap.Danielle is cast as the strong independent woman...the others as kept women with rich BF's/husband and really shallow superficial ladies.I should mention I live in Ireland.

Bet Niamh still has it recorded on her sky plus box from 2009
Never heard of it.
no.
The last option :joker:
I've never heard of it. Danielle does seem like perfect casting for a show like that though. |
Nope, never heard of her or 'Dublin Wives'...
But then again I had never heard of Courtney, Charlotte or Mario either :joker: |
No
NO - never heard of the show or Danielle herself. I often think it is such a shame that CBB has people in the house who 95% of the population have not heard of whilst there are many fantastic British Celebs who would be great in the house.

I've never heard of it...and if Danielle is the main star of that show then it must be total crap.
I have heard others on about it, so heard sbout it that way.
Don't much care though, I like Danielle and would like to see her do well in the series. |
never heard of it and not sure why some boring middle aged woman is on the show anyway who isn't famous for anything..everyone else seems to have done something.
No, but I knew Ireland had done do a "Real Housewives of..." type show.
Nope and that says alot, I know everything about everything like that and well..... I didn't :conf: But hey ho! If the CBB producers knew me, wanted me in the house and payed me, I'd be in there too, good on her!! :wavey:
I actually have, and I live in America. It's actually from when I was reading about The Real Housewives franchise(don't judge me) and I was trying to find different countries with similar shows.
No I've never heard of the show before or seen it. I wouldn't be interested in watching Dublin Wives.
Swear I remember hearing about it somewhere but I may be mistaken, might be getting it mixed up with Desperate Scousewives or something like that
No
And I don't intend to find out about it either  |
No and I avoid Irish telly like the plaque but I still manage to hear about some of it, never Dublin Wives though.
I'd never heard of it
I'm not really bothered whether I've heard of it before. I hadn't heard of Courtney either and don't think Charlotte's piss*ng or *****ing is a reason to be on the show either.I think the Irish girl is refreshing as she's a confident assertive woman, of course because she's strong and is likely to answer some back, that means she'll be picked on and voted off early of course.
It's usually much better to stay quiet and appear boring so you don't get picked as a target for eviction. That's with the way BB works at the moment anyway |

ahhhhhhhhhhh a post where I actually agree with you. Yes I like her and think she could be a good HM unfortunately it is highly likely she will go on Wednesday. |
For the same reason I've said all along, the strongest get picked on and voted off early, if you want strong people to stay in, and to increase BB viewing stats wouldn't it be better to not back bullies when they want to target and vote off people because they think they may answer them back and stand up to them later ?

Channel 5 director of programmes Ben Frow has spoken publicly about his decision to replace Brian Dowling with Emma Willis as the main presenter of Big Brother 2013.
Dowling was dumped from the show in April, having been its frontman since its revival in 2011, in Frow’s first major move since he took up his post at the broadcaster. Last week, the executive explained why he promoted Emma – who’s been hosting BB spin-off shows since 2010 – at the Guardian Edinburgh International Television Festival. “I knew I wanted Emma as the host, they [production company Endemol] agreed with the idea of that, and I think that repositioned it very nicely,” commented Frow. “Who doesn’t love Emma? Girls have crushes on her, gays have crushes on her, I love her, my flatmate loves her, everybody loves Emma Willis. Putting her in primetime and saying, you are a sort of face of 5 – I know she works for ITV too – was a great move and it did very well.” Frow added that he is pleased with performance of the current Celebrity series so far – despite admitting to not knowing who half of the housemates are. “It was good, very happy with the overnights,” he said of Thursday’s launch show. “It’s been a brutal one to pull together this Celebrity one, a very brutal one. I have to say, whoever is leaking the *******ing names to the Sun, I’m really really pissed off with you because you’re making our jobs very very difficult!” Previously, Frow was the head of programming at Irish broadcaster TV3, where he commissioned Dublin Wives – the reality show that made CBB contestant Danielle Marr’s name. Explains why she got the gig then:wink: Read more: http://www.bbspy.co.uk/cbb12/news/08...#ixzz2d62KuevD |

i,ll never understand the process in how they choose housemates. of all the celebs out there who arn't doing much. and they go and pick a load from other reality progs, its really lame.
