FGS Emma!!

If you ask someone questions during an interview at least let them answer before butting back in with your own opinion on it, some of us actually are interested in what the evictee says!!!

Amy Jade 04-09-2013 10:27 PM

Agreed! Emma was usually great but tonight she was awful and Sophie actually came across really well, she was humble and kind and Emma kept trying to make her look like she was such a villain when in reality Sophie did nothing too bad in the house.

Benji_ 04-09-2013 10:28 PM

reece(: 04-09-2013 10:30 PM

Emma was a **** of the highest order tonight.

Cherie 04-09-2013 10:33 PM

Sophie was a great HM, she didn't deserve the boos, save them for Abz and Dustin.

Yeah I normally love her as a presenter but tonight she really pissed me off.

alex_front2 04-09-2013 10:45 PM

I think maybe it's because she knew Sophie, theycgo back years ago at start of modelling career when they shared a house.

Mrluvaluva 04-09-2013 10:47 PM

It felt like Emma was trying too hard to make Sophie look like a prat. Like she needs any help in that department.....

I agree,she was awful tonight.

Patricia4 04-09-2013 10:48 PM

I agree bad interview for Emma she was rubbish.

erinp5 04-09-2013 11:07 PM

I agree Emma was dire tonight

Firewire 04-09-2013 11:11 PM

Emma is told what to say through her earpiece the producers want to make Sophie out to be a villain and she's doing her job

joeysteele 04-09-2013 11:39 PM

I have had enough of Emma and her bias to last a lifetime over these 2 series.

She was really poor in the interview with Sophie and for me it is getting where frankly I would rather just have the Rylan and AJ interview with the evicted housemate, rather than put up with much more of Emma's bias.

Totally agree. I've been thinking this for a while. Just interview the evictee on BOTS.

She doesn't have to butt in though she can easily wait then ask what she's being told to...

I myself don't think that is the full case,I do think she is likely briefed as to some questions but not knowing what answer will be given doesn't leave room for a totally scripted interview.

I think in the main other than following agreed guidelines as to the interview the main thing Emma is being told is how time is going and when to wrap the interview up.

As with Hazel's interview in BB and now Sophie's in this CBB being both really bad and biased ones from Emma,I think Emma has more freedom than is believed as to the interviews.

I felt when she was made presenter, her bias to and against housemates could count against her and for me it is, as she cannot hide it and in fact doesn't even try to hide it either.

MeMyselfAndI 04-09-2013 11:50 PM

I think Emma had a disliking for Sophie, they did use to be roomies when they were younger, she didn't show any remorse which is unusual for her.

Emma said she and Sophie were roomies on BBOTs', when they were young and both models

I think Emma mentioned it. They obviously didn't get on. ;)

Northern Monkey 04-09-2013 11:53 PM

I think maybe she is on a time limit so she has to go by what's said in her ear. Can't be easy.

Stevep 04-09-2013 11:53 PM

Ah ok, thanks.

the_answers 05-09-2013 03:25 AM

The narrative is getting tedious and she's turning into a bossy horrible cow in the process.

Rylan seriously needs to avoid that job like the plague !

Nice of him to catch her falling down the stairs but kind as AJ is, it's not for her to embarrass herself trying to bail Emma out if she runs out of enthusiasm.

Just smile and take the money Emma ! ;)

jegmeister 05-09-2013 07:15 AM

She is so biased it's unbelievable. She simply cannot hide her prejudices. Rylan and AJ were much more considerate and thoughtful about giving her a fair chance to have her say.

Lord Of The Garden 05-09-2013 09:23 AM

Agreed.

Always liked Emma and her sense of fair play but this was her worst eviction interview ever.

Unusually negative for her and i didn't like it.

SharkAttack 05-09-2013 09:33 AM

Emma was a bit impatient. She'll shake it off.

Candy Suxx 05-09-2013 10:28 AM

I don't like how biased Emma can be at times but give me her over Brian anytime!

Pincho Paxton 05-09-2013 11:50 AM

Better than Brian. Big Brother pick some crappy presenters. John McCririck is one of the best, what does that tell you?

Cherie 05-09-2013 11:53 AM

Sophie didn't even get her own eviction song, they just used the same one that they used for Hazel...:bawling:

CaudleHalbard 05-09-2013 11:54 AM

Let's face it, none of them are great.

A presenter should have a little bit of gravitas. Emma, Ryland and AJ are all lacking in the department although (surprisingly) Rylan can show a semblance of it on occasion.

why do you think Abz and Dustin deserve boos?

Sophiee 05-09-2013 12:07 PM

time to get rylan as the main presenter! ;)

Beso 05-09-2013 12:08 PM

and we all know she'll be kissing carols arse during her interview and not pulling her up on her behaviour...time she was booted she needs to keep her opinions of the tv.

I don't really agree with booing but, if we really must have them, they should be reserved for useless non-contributing housemates.

On that basis Abz and Dustin fit the bill for booing.

Because they have been practically non existent. Abz in particular has sat by himself a lot and not interacted. In CBB because they are paid a fee, I think they should be prepared to get involved and at least make the H/Ls without it being part of a task.

That is exactly how I feel, I don't think HMs should be booed either, but as it is part of the show, they should cheer people who have actually put their head above the parapet.

the truth 05-09-2013 12:40 PM

agreed emma is the worst interviewer ever. absolutely rubbish, end of

He's a good presenter, but I can't stop looking at his teeth. I just see this grin staring back at me. I used to watch the snakes being fed live mice, and the mice just stared at the snakes mouth, and shat themselves. I feel like a mouse looking at a snake when Rylan is presenting.

I usually only think people deserve to be booed if they are nasty and mean. I know Abz hasn't done much but I can't help but like him despite that horrid 'accent' of his. Hopefully editors will show Abz doing a bit more, he doesn't seem to get much air time, then again perhaps you are right, he probably doesn't get the air time coz he isn't doing anything LOL. Oh well, I wouldn't like him to be booed but if he is, so be it, this is big brother
