I'm starting a new job next week .its in an office. What type and colour shirt is in atm ?

Go for neutral colours Jack, white, cream, grey shirts, plain ties, smart casual.

Obviously depends on the colour of your trousers, jacket, suit. Have a look on Next or somewhere similar.

I'd go for classic colours, how formal is the office?

Guys in gray suits always look hot, when we go to Somerfield or Asda at luch they always look hot in their light gray pants and a pinstripe shirt.

If I were you, I'd keep it simple at first.. Dark coloured trousers, a plain white shirt and a coloured tie.
You don't want to turn up looking like Austin Powers to find out everybody else is dressed quite informally.
Next have got some really nice shirt/tie sets

Good luck with your new job, I think it is more important to look smart and feel comfortable on your first day, play it safe on day one and wear white, cream or grey, once you start work you will get to know what is acceptable once you see what others wear, some offices are more casual than others.
