Charlotte was so right about lauren

Why should she get stuff and not her and lauren has to see the doctor just like rylan to get his singing career made a extra room in bb house so that he can better for the tour

erinp5 10-09-2013 10:07 PM

Lauren had to see the Dr because she burned her face with the ghd's.
Just like Jackie had to visit the hospital when she fell breaking her wrist.

Josy 10-09-2013 10:10 PM

None of the housemates should get preferential treatment so yes I agree Charlotte was right.

At the point of the argument they were all under the impression that Lauren had seen her parents/mother.

I don't think anyone is saying Lauren shouldn't have seen a doctor.

Pincho Paxton 10-09-2013 10:11 PM

Nobody got any preferential treatment. This thread doesn't make sense. Lauren saw a doctor.

The thread does make sense because the housemates all thought Lauren had contact with her family at the point of the argument.

Exactly,Plus Charlottle acted like a 10 year old making any point she made invalid due to later stupity.

Jordan. 10-09-2013 10:13 PM

Exactly, everyone knows what Charlotte was saying was right but they wont admit it because it goes against Lauren.

Vicky. 10-09-2013 10:13 PM

Whatever point Charlotte might have had was overshadowed by her behaving like a petulant child who has just been told they have to wait until after their dinner to have a packet of sweets.

Lol,I just edited my post to say this too,Great minds think alike

Pincho Paxton 10-09-2013 10:14 PM

How is it preferential treatment to see a doctor?

Vicky. 10-09-2013 10:15 PM

Also Charlotte was very in the wrong tonight. Having a go when Lauren tried to explain that she hadnt seen her mother at all. Talking over her repeatedly. And then accusing Lauren of having a go at her despite Lauren failing to get a word in edgeways:joker:

I did think Charlotte came across a bit immature but it was frustration due to being shooshed every time she tried to get her opinion across, Vicky was worse IMO they way she was acting just as Charlotte walked over to the stairs then outside whilst talking to herself/the camera's made her look like a drunken idiot.

Exactly. All housemates are allowed to see a doctor if they need to.

Do you even read the replies? No one is saying it's preferential treatment to see a doctor...

She only saw a doctor, so what are you talking about?

I can have no sympathy for her there, considering if that was the actual problem..she did the EXACT same thing to Lauren on tonights show.

Tbh, I agree with Vicky that it is good manners to wait until someone is finished speaking before butting in. I must be a rare geordie.

Sounds like Lauren herself planted the seed because in one of the many convos about it tonight it was said that Lauren was the one that was talking about it when she came out of the diary room.

Whether she saw her family or not is irrelevant, Charlottes point was still right.

Charlotte's point was that Lauren saw her mom, so how can it be right?

I also agree it's good manners to let someone finish speaking but Vicky was more than happy to let Louie have a say she just came across very hostile towards Charlotte from the very beginning of the conversation.

No it wasn't her point was no one should get special treatment, which at the time they thought Lauren got. Which is CORRECT whether it happened or not.

Because that is what they all thought at the time of the argument,You are looking at it with hind sight.

Thought means wrong.... if you think something that isn't true you are wrong.

I said the same last night without hindsight. Nobody asked Lauren if she saw her mom.

I don't think there has been one poster in the many threads created on this topic that has ever said HM's aren't alllowed to see a Dr if they need to.

What part of it can some of you not understand?

See a Dr for medical reasons inside the house if you need to, but speaking or seeing family members because you're feeling down or become mentally unstable should not be allowed and is not fair that is what people are saying. As one of the worst BB HM's once said... if you can't hack it, then get your jacket!

Marmalite 10-09-2013 10:34 PM

What are you on about?

Read my post again properly!!!

Pincho Paxton 10-09-2013 10:36 PM

Lauren saw a doctor not her family.

FFS!!!

You need to read my post again as I didn't say she had seen her family.

In that case I don't have a clue what you are saying. Just rules that everyone already knows?

What's this about?...

If you can't understand what I posted in a reply to another post then that's not my problem.

I couldn't be arsed to explain something that is pretty simple to comprehend!

The thread is about Charlotte accusing Lauren of seeing her mom. Lauren actually saw a doctor not her mom. So what is your post about?

Because whatever it is about nearly got me banned for my correct reply.

Put yourself in the mindset of Charlotte/Vicky in last nights argument. You are technically correct that Charlotte was wrong,Your thinking is very logical but is lacking the empathy to think how Charlotte was thinking in the situation.Either that or you're laughing making people explain themselves.lol.I do think Charlotte flew off the handle too quick and made herself look immature though

Well I have an Eidetic memory so it's almost impossible for me to forget the facts. Charlotte mentioned Lauren's mom, and that caused the whole argument. Without Lauren's mom in the argument there is no argument.

Nobody should have preferential treatment, and there was no preferential treatment is an imaginary argument. That would be called Paranoia.

I'm saying that Charlotte should have asked Lauren if she saw her mom before arguing about it.

Jack_ 10-09-2013 11:11 PM

Well of course her point was correct and I don't see how anyone could dispute that but this whole discussion (and the argument itself in the house) was irrelevant because she didn't see her mum

Not that I'm complaining of course, I'm glad it happened :D one of the only mildly riveting things that's happened in this dullfest of a series

don99 11-09-2013 12:17 AM

It seems like lauren started it by giving charlotte the wrong impression. After seeing what looks like a poor attempt at a sly glance at a camera before deciding to sing about making it to the final, lauren is playing a game but doesn't have to try hard because of bias.
