We had a team building day at work today. It was good and one of the best parts for me was that we had to tell all our work colleague at least five interesting facts about ourselves that few people know.

The fact ranged from one of my work colleagues trained snipers for the Croatian army during the Balkan war - WOW - to one met Britney Spears off her head in the toilets of a dodgy nightclub in Amsterdam to another work colleague booked Nirvana to play at Trent Poly - Now Nottingham Trent University - in 1990 less than a year before Nevermind was released.

So I've decided to ask the forum the same question. You can give as much or as little information as you like but the fact has to be true.

I'll go first.

I used to play semi professional cricket and have played against Brian Lara.
I've been arrested twice.
I worked for two years as a bar man in a lap dancing club.
Which leads me to I once inadvertently appeared in a porn movie.
I met Princess Diana in 1989.
My daughter and her friends all say I look like Will I Am. Even my mum and Dad have started calling me Will. :joker:

I've been interviewed on TV and in a newspaper because I met Louise Woodward (nanny who was on trial for killing the baby she was looking after) while au pairing in Boston when I was 18

I lived in London for 2 years when I was 19 and worked in a bar (not a lap dancing bar)

While in London I had an accident when i was opening a bottle of wine at work and I severed some nerves at the base of my thumb, I've had pins and needles down one side of my thumb ever since

My husband is called Gavin, as is my younger brother and I also have two ex b/fs called Gavin

I nearly died when I was in my early 30's,. had less than 6 months to live until a wonderful surgeon sorted me out.

My late MIL knew Kevin Keegan, Mr and Mrs Warburton (bread people) and a few other famous people.

1. I 6'2 by the age of 14/15, but then I weirdly stopped growing when I was 16 when I got to 6'4 :'( at one point I/the doctors thought I could get to 7'. thought I was on track to be tall enough for the NBA or something :(. I take size 14 shoe

2. There was an Air Festival here years ago and a harrier crashed into the sea quite close by, and I was in the water at the time/near it, it's like I'm lucky to be here or anything because it was quite far away but practically all my family thought I had died until I went and found them..I can just about make out myself on the video of it on youtube, ish..well my back anyway..

3. I bang on about this one a bit too much, but I went to the school that feature on the TV show Rock School, I was friends with practically all of the people that featured on it, especially Chris the little main one..

4. I'm left handed by I practically do everything but writing with my right hand

5. I use to live in the most easterly house in Britain when I was about 5, and their was a field next to our house where a helicopter landed one day and out stepped Diana and Charles/Will and Harry, don't know what they were doing there I was only 5, I wish I'd have been older

I am the same as you re the left hand thing. We are ambidextrous by the look of it.

I kind of think I must be right handed more than left, I can't really think of much apart from writing I use my left hand for :suspect:

ok some real ones, I cant think of many interesting ones but;

1. I have a fear of answering the telephone/mobile
2. I'm a bit of a germaphobe and I never touch door handles if I can help it (especially in public places)
3. I've never had an alcoholic drink in my life (I've had a sip though; not for me)
4. I went to one of Steps' last concerts before they broke up when I was like 7/8
5. In year 6, I had a phase were I would pretend to be Miley Cyrus :laugh:

1] I had to pay about £250~ to get a false front tooth when I knocked the real one out on a night out that I don't remember. Just woke up and felt half of it missing. It did give me a bit of hillbilly chic for a month though.
2] I tried phone sex once with some guy I met online but he just hung up when he was finished which was really rude, but he had a nice penis.
3] I wore a women's suit around Exeter for a day on a whim because me and my best friend found them at a fleamarket and decided to do it for a dare. It was a size too small (I wasn't fat then) and I was unaware that I had a prominent bulge. I was embraced by the city's emos (it was 2005, there were a lot of them) as one of their own. It was purple and I had a matching hat, but I didn't get any shoes :(
4] I met Spencer from Made in Chelsea at some nightclub in Bath but then I threw up on the floor and was thrown out by a bouncer. The next week I met Dappy in another one. I was living the dream.
5] Derek 'BB6' Laud follows me on twitter. BEAT THAT.

Nothing too dramatic has happened in my life, to be honest. No real bullet points someone could read out on a quiz show :laugh:.

But here goes ...

1. I'm a pansexual, equal opportunity lech but I have a preference for women.

2. I would like a future career either writing about Pro Wrestling or being involved in the business in some creative/broadcasting capacity. I don't have the body for the actual in ring work.

3. I grew dope in my hot press for two years. It was pretty good.

4. I want to start a grungy, electronic trip rock band. It would be bass driven with detuned guitars coloring the melodies. Sort of post punk meets 90's electronic. Joy Division crashing in to Massive Attack. Other nonsense analogies. We would be called The sCumbags. I have dozens of sketch books filled with theme ideas, concepts, lyrics and chord structures. I used to produce trance music as a hobby [I want to get back in to that] and I've been doing open mic poetry for years so that's sort of the background of it.

5. I work for a charity that raises money for education tools in developing countries by providing bar service [read : serve up pints of sloshy, flat Heineken] at various events and functions. This summer we went to Electric Picnic, Oxegen, Body & Soul and Indiependence. Next year we are trying to get our team to the U.K. festivals. I fractured my right humerus bone on August the 17th falling off a beer tent, slipping in the mud and landing on my elbow at the Eminem concert in Slane. The cast has only recently come off and I'm doing physiotherapy like a boss.

It was my daughters friend who started it and its gained momentum over the years. I resisted it at first but now I embrace the joke. I think they are actually on to something. Even my Mum and Dad call me Will to try and wind me up.

Its the glasses and the beard and we have quite similar complexions.:blush:

1. Ive had two haircuts where the hair stylist cut through my ear. I think the right one was first, followed by the left like two years later.
2. I have a fear of whales.
3. I've been class president for three out of my four high school years.
4. I'm the youngest out of 10 by 17 years. It's a mixed family though so.
5. I almost died when I was younger, because I fell into the pool on vacation and I couldn't swim. I grew up and became a swimmer, not because I wanted to overcome my past experiences or whateva. It was just a coincidence.
