Can Chat and Games Posts count? (POLL)
 

I don't see why they don't in the first place :joker: Can we implement this? I only have 2000+ posts and I post nearly everyday :hugesmile:

It used to have a post count but then it was switched over to the new software and post count was discontinued, I would like it to have post count too, I have made threads before, but TiBB Staff are dead set against it, I don't really care too much any more, but it would be nice, good luck with motivating them.

To be honest I don;t see why they don't. If people spam then they get infracted and their posts deleted anyway. Plus General chat and General interests posts count and people just post pictures in a lot of those threads, so C & G is the same.


Post Count is just that; a count of posts you have contributed to the forum.

I'm in two minds about it. on the one hand people can easily spam the chat threads to get their post count higher but on the other, most posts in C+Gs are still..posts..so they should count really

I agree I don't see why because lots of people post in chat and Games and they have only got like 1,000 posts

I don;t see why it could not be trialed for a while and if it doesn't work out then revert it back.

I've been here a few years and post mainly in C and G. I feel robbed :idc:

If everyone started to use General Chat would the Mods then start moving them back to C & G? could be quite a workload!

It really is discrimination at its worst against members who contribute to keeping this forum alive during the off seasons.

It is annoying, I post every freaking day and I'm still nowhere near my 10k. :sad:

Bit afraid to think how high my post count would be with C+Gs actually..probably best we leave it as it is

I've never understood why posts don't count in Chat and Games. I've read some great and hilarious posts in C&G that wouldn't count... and I've read some incoherent, ridiculous, ranting rubbish in other threads.... which do count.

Perhaps it's a suggestion that could be considered... before someone calls a boycott.
