We're told the singer -- who's a vegetarian -- was admitted early this morning.

Ke$ha tells TMZ, "I'm a crusader for being yourself and loving yourself, but I've found it hard to practice. I'll be unavailable for the next 30 days, seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again, exactly as I am."

Glad she's sought help anyway, alot of people don't until it spirals out of control. Hopefully it will be a short stay and tackled effectively. Big fan of hers. Nice girl!

it's standard nowadays, sadly. and what's worse is that I think a lof of the celebrities with eating disorders have managed to change it so that their used to it. I don't think they eat nothing, but when they do eat, it's very little.

Yeah the "animals" found his address and are spreading it. I completely disagree with doing any of that **** but we all know how unhinged people on twitter are.

He just comes across as a perfectionist to me, some people might find him difficult to work with but if you really care about what you do, you want to do things your way.

Ke$ha's struggle with an eating disorder is taking a toll on her entire family.

The singer's mother tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement that she is entering the same Chicago-area rehab center as her daughter.

"I'm checking myself into Timberline Knolls today for post-traumatic stress disorder, at Ke$ha's urging," says Pebe Sebert, 57.

"This whole Dr. Luke thing has almost torn our family apart and taken over my life, and Ke$ha wants me to heal along with her," Sebert tells PEOPLE.

Ke$ha checked into rehab on Jan. 3, revealing she is "seeking treatment for my eating disorder ... to learn to love myself again. Exactly as I am."
