|
wow,i didn't realise that it had been that long!
1 and a half years, they must be so happy |
Hi there, helen4eva - welcome to the forum. :wavey:
Obviously a BIG Helen fan, then!! I can hardly believe it's a year and a half since Paul & Helen 'got together', and I'm sure they're as loved up now as they ever have been. Happy posting! :colour: |
HAPPY YEAR AND A HALF ANNIVERSARY
Always knew those two were made for each other.:love: Now all we need is a piece of news that we have been waiting so long for. Come on Paul. Then we really can celebrate :thumbs::hello::hello::elephant::hugesmile : |
Is it really only one and a half years?
It feels like a lifetime since they met and fell in love on BB2. As BusyBee says, come ON Paul. We have been more than patient.:love::love::love::love: |
I hope they are still as happy as ever:love::love::love::love:
I found this in an old now magazine: Together in a month?buying helen gucci shoes and treating her mum to a chinese makes paul the perfect suitor. chances;3-1 Still together after six months?Paul says he'll love helen forever, but can he afford to keep her in gucci?how will they fare once the fuss has died down? chances;50-1 getting hitched? It'd be the tv wedding of the decade, but helen's admitted she's not keen,'this talk of marriage is ridiculous' chances;1000-1 I think they may find they were wrong about most of these things, they have proved most of them wrong all they need to do now is go for the long shot 1000-1 and they will really have told them so! so hurry up paul!!!!!:love::love::love: |
Is tempting fate such a good idea ?
Sorry but I have been told I was not spreading enough gloom and doom for a Prophet of Doom :bawling: |

Don't be  rachb, I feel you may not be entirely alone in this!!
Thanks for reprinting that. I also seem to remember a journalist in the Sunday Mirror or People making predictions for 2002 and saying they would eat their hat if Paul and Helen were still together at the end of it. Gone pretty quiet about that haven't they? No doubt, if asked about it, they would give the Chris Moyles response of 'who cares about them any more' Well, I do. |
Who cares about Paul and Helen? Well I do for one!! and I am sure there are a few more on this site who would agree with me. lol.
And BTW I've still got quite a collection of clippings and old magazines secreted away. OH thinks I've thrown them all away - little does he know.:hugesmile: |

Here's a picture for you that you might not have seen before |
James thankyou for thr lovely picture. Where and when was that?
Busy bee, I heard of this Chris Moyles calumny from my friend Peachy. He was discussing Malachi and Sinead with BBAled. Apparently Aled said 'It might work out between them. Look at Paul and Helen, they worked out.' To which Moyles replied 'Who cares about them?':mad::nono::mad::mad: |

Just do a search with Google to find it. Apparently, these people met up with some of the BB2 contestants just after they were evicted, and they were appearing on BBLB at the time. So it was taken on Paul's week on that show. I think the picture was taken near the BB house because I think I recognise that picket fence. Hey, I know now that calumny means 1. A malicious attack 2. The act of defaming. You learn something new every day.  |
Guilty as charged - I too still have all my BB2 magazine and newspaper articles stashed in one of the drawers under our bed - OH is blissfully unaware!! Come to think of it, he STILL doesn't know that I bought the BB2 DVD!!
James - thank you for the fantastic picture, I'd never seen it before. ROB, I do believe Mr Clarke is showing a peek of pale blue boxers too! |
Glad to have contributed in my own small way to the enhancement of your vocabulary James!!
I looked up nine acre farm and just got something about digital and analogue cameras and bot brother. Never mind, it was a nice surprise to see a picture I hadn't seen before. Not wishing to be greedy, but.........any more where that came from?:colour:?:colour::hugesmile::thumbs::hugesmil e: |
WowEE Kaz APPLAUSE
Double cool. I hadn't noticed that. What a bonus! Bless him, he is posing a bit - boxers and the cheekbones shown off to their best effect! Never mind, I forgive him. He does look stonking, and if I'm not entirely mistaken, LUSH!!:love: |
Just click on the word analogue.
There's pics of Amma, Bubble, Josh, Narinder, Penny and the eponymous Stuart. No more of Paul though, only that one. |
Glad to have been of assistance, ROB. http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmili...happy/wink.gif
And yes . . . . . . lush was one of the words that sprang to my mind too! http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmili.../pinklove2.gif |

Well, for Kaz, I can ensure you know (if you don't know already) how to have a choice of Will Young ringtones and picture messages on your phone IF IT'S A NOKIA! For James, sorry my friend, not sure what your little peccadillo's are! (small crimes or weaknesses!!) |
Thankyou, James. What a find!! I will add this picture of the gorgeous Mr. Clarke to my collection.:blush::blush:
|
MWAHHH, ROB!
I do indeed have a Nokia (rather old, but it should be OK). Many thanks. |
Now that I think about it.
It could be outside the Big Breakfast (remember that) house and not Bow. My memory could be playing tricks on me though. Anyone know if all these housemates appeared on the Big Breakfast? |
It looks to me as though it's at the big breakfast house but i could be wrong
|
You're probably right Amy, cos that was situated in the same pplace as the BB2 house in Bow, and was next door to the studio where BBLB was filmed.
:flower: |
I think it was the at the big breakfast house,he was wearing that same shirt when he was on the big breakfast, wherever it was its lush so thankyou james:thumbs::thumbs::thumbs::thumbs:
oh and I feel so much better to know I'm not the only one who kept all those magazines & papers.Busybee my oh put mine in the bin saying i was sad and still doesn't know i fetched them out again lol:spin::spin::spin::spin::spin::spin: |
What a LUSH photograph (that's the only word for it). We are all so deprived of any new photographs that any we havent seen before are greeted with overwhelming adoration.
:hugesmile: Had a thought after reading about everyone's OHs - what would happen if they ever got together? What a disaster that would be they might even discover that those wonderful, sensible partners are still yearning for that which they thought had been consigned to the past. And if they ever found those treasured momentos - Well I dread to think.:shocked::shocked::shocked: |

I can remember buying one of each tabloid that had any mention of h&p that weekend and for ages afterwards.I was pregnant at the time so my excuse was hormones! I keep telling oh it takes a long time to get back to normal, but I don't think where h&p are concerned I will ever resist rushing out to buy anything with them in it:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

she predicted that posh would have a girl and that helen and paul would not last the year. when will people not prejudge others. i think that even if h/p split up (hope they dont), theyve done so well to cope with no privacy etc good luck to them:love: |

There is a little known law called the Non-Reciprocal Law of Negative Expectations Negative expectations yield negative results. Positive expectations yield negative results. There is also The Unspeakable Law As soon as you mention something, if it's good, it goes away; if it's bad, it happens. cc100 you now may have triggered either one of these laws :bawling: :nono: ( For more of these laws try this link) |

No news is good news. Anyway, Stuart's already told us that he was in contact with everyone over Xmas and New Year and they were all fine. Positive thinking, Sticks - you know you can do it if you really try! :spin2: |
But why is it that negative sayings are witty, and I have never come across a witty saying that is positive. :conf:
|
I like this one on your first link Sticks:
"I think thinking is so important" -Baldrick Sounds like a Helenism to me. :spin2: I agree with cc. If the unthinkable did happen and paul and Helen don't ultimately make a go of it, they will have given their relationship a good chance and thought through carefully what they want for their future. The last meaningful interview they gave as a couple sounded like they had made and foresaw a long term commitment for themselves. I didn't particularly like Paul's 'at the moment' comment, but I think that was Mr Clarke just being his own ultra cautious self. On his Virgin radio interviews in June and July he was very pro. He said 'If we can get through that (the first year) I think we must be meant to be together'. Sounds good to me. Mum action is indeed required any time now. He may not be 'one of life's planners ', but I suspect he needs his mum's help to make wild spontaneous decisions. As a mum, I heartily approve of this. Having seen Jenny and Lizzie in action I feel confident we can leave the matter in their capable hands! |
ROB you are so right. MUM Power Rules. I get the impression is if it works dont try to fix it by changing things.
I always remember on the night of the dinner date they were talking about Dean playing when they got married and Paul said "you'll have to wait a long time for mine, but I want you to play at my reception" or words to that effect. I would just like to have some up to date news. If they only knew what they are putting us lot through.:conf::conf: It is NOT GOOD for the nerves. |
