The "in thing" to do during your childhood?
 

When yous were 10-15 and little ****s (well at least I was) what kind of things did you get up to/what was a re-knowned thing for you and your pals to do?

A weird thing we used to do was go round looking at car wheels and stealing any coloured dust caps we came across, we used to collect/trade them etc :laugh2:

Knock and run.

drink
steal
fight
football

When I was 15ish me and my friends went through a phase of doing Ouija boards and also making eachother faint, it was a long summer :laugh:

How did you make each other faint? :laugh:

You stand with your back against a wall and you take a few fast deep breathes and you get someone to push hard on your chest.........it's probably not good for you :/

We called it tap door run :suspect:

it use to be so full of life in my area, it was always 8-10 of us. things started to get boring about 7 years ago :(

We used to all just gather behind the rugby club at our local park and drink bucky, white lightning etc :dance:

Smoking weed.
Selling Drugs.
Staying out late and getting up too no good.
Etc etc..

But also younger younger days, cops and robbers was quite fun. It. And erm others.

Anyone used to play hot ass?

Basically just a football game, if you caught a shot in goals then everyone outfield had to line up and let the keeper hit 3 shots at their arses. You just kept playing it till your arses were complete agony.

there used to be a boy who was only SIX years old and would try to steal bikes from people and I think he had a knife too. we were only about 10 at the time and one of my mates beat him up and his thug parents went around the area looking for us. it was so scary

this place was my childhood, it used to be SWARMING with us kids </3 that square space with the blue railings was called 'the square', we used to play a football game called 10 lives in it, have scooter/bike races outside it etc. we had the best time tbh

Lool na. 20 this year.

Roof riding - we used to wind the front windows on the car down a bit, so you could grab on, climb on the roof face down, then be driven around the country lanes trying desperately to hang on. It's one of those things that I always cringe about now looking back, as it was so dangerous.

I got into loads of trouble stealing dust caps when I was 8/9. Especially because we used to go for the silver ones. It was all very organised though and there would always be one of us on lookout. We were only caught because one of the parents discovered the stash hidden in a domino box.

LT and his gang take the ferry to meet up with the Castlemilk Young Team to give them a right battering

..climbed on garage roofs, built dens/hideouts..rode my bike, just whatever my brothers were doing, I would pester them and join in...

I did play knock door run once or twice but felt guilty :laugh: Loved staying out the lighter nights

"knock door run" how literal do you want to be, what a rubbish name for it. At least Ding Dong Dash is a bit clever and has the added bonus of having Dong in the name, therefore making it a big saucy for a kid's game
