Harry, Liam and Zayn are important as their vocals carry the band. Niall not so much, but he's likeable and hasn't ever done anything that shows him as a bad person. Louis is unlikeable, arrogant and untalented.

I definitely would like them more if he disappeared.

Niall is annoying but he's harmless, and I actually really like Harry/Zayn, Liam had some blips a while back where he was verging on being a bit of a dick but he's sort of reeled it back in.
