One housemate gets access to social media?

jackc1806 31-05-2014 12:21 AM

Ugh. At least it isn't the whole group

Samm 31-05-2014 12:21 AM

It's the daily star so it might be a bit OTT

But still wish they didn't :/

Glenn. 31-05-2014 12:22 AM

Bit of a non article to me. Mentions a second house in the title but not in the article itself.

Samm 31-05-2014 12:22 AM

second secret house are among the shocks being lined up by Big Brother.
Ummm

Are we getting a second house?

That's not in the actual article though. Its more an extension of the headline.

Josy 31-05-2014 12:25 AM

Second house :umm2:

But this sounds good

dawn evictions/kick someone out at 6am
This part is awful

Another plot which is being considered to stir up trouble is to allow one of the housemates access to social network site Twitter.

It means they will be able to read what fans think of the show, and which housemates are popular.

jackc1806 31-05-2014 12:26 AM

They just write any old bollocks to make sure BB gets mentioned

reece(: 31-05-2014 12:27 AM

Eww @ any social media interactions, this could be the worst series yet.

Jordan. 31-05-2014 12:28 AM

Can they just stick to the concept of the show ffs

Scream 31-05-2014 12:29 AM

The only way I'll be in the slightest way happy about this social media thing is if Big Brother doesn't monitor the tweets. We can mess with their minds.

Tell them things other housemates have said :joker:

Daniel. 31-05-2014 12:29 AM

Im so not excited.

It sounds terrible.

JohnnyBB 31-05-2014 12:29 AM

6am evictions sound good to me, but is that possible to happen with the council restrictions?
And no ipads.

armand.kay 31-05-2014 12:30 AM

I was hoping we would get a series with no ****ing secret house/room/crypt/garden/what ever the **** they wanna call it. :bored:

Josy 31-05-2014 12:31 AM

There is no need at all to allow any housemate access to outside info, it completely ruins the point of the isolation from the outside world..

And the excuse seems to be 'to stir up trouble' well there plenty other ways that can be done, play back bitchy convos into the house, show hm's talking about others on the plasma and so on.

If they are secret evictions at that time in the morning there will be no crowd so won't need any permissions.

Even that though, why are they intent on stirring up trouble... just let it occur naturally like it did in the earlier series... :/

Yeah I agree with you 100% and hate when they force the drama/arguments/showmances on us my point was that the excuse they are using for allowing outside info is flawed.

Daniel. 31-05-2014 12:33 AM

All they need to do is put strong housemates in and let story's develop betwen them.

**** twists and social media.

This is one of the worst possible breaches of the outside contact rule. If it comes to fruition the producer(s) responsible should be fired.

JohnnyBB 31-05-2014 12:35 AM

Brining ipads in will just back fire too much outside info will just make them walk out, good luck to them.

Rob! 31-05-2014 12:35 AM

This social media thing :bored:

Also, evicting them at 6am is a fabulous idea in theory, as long as they're not planning to do it live :joker:

Most of the show is flawed now, they change things as they see fit (see only 2 normal rounds of nominations last series) to either stir up drama or try and save certain HMs. This new development with social media is totally ridiculous, and I hope they reconsider the way they go about it.

On the plus side you can make fake bbspy articles, and stir **** up in the house matt.

Scream 31-05-2014 12:36 AM

tbh they probably won't even let them read anything online and if they do it will probably be written by the producers to screw them over and twist stuff. i think you are all very negative. CHEER UP. our favourite show is on soon. woohoo!

people who aren't as dedicated fans like us will get bored of it if it's always the same that's why they introduce new things.

....reeeeelax

armand.kay 31-05-2014 12:36 AM

Why can't they just get a good cast who are all entertaining! Then you wouldn't need all this bull.

The negativity stems from the true fans of the show who hate seeing it get dragged through the mud with these god awful twists, not all of us wear rose tinted glasses because we're being realists. It'll probably be ****.

no you seem to wear dark tinted glasses which make you see life and big brother in a really negative way no matter what happens. :xyxwave:

Spoon 31-05-2014 01:22 AM

We should tweet about past seasons, other countries' BBs, etc, then add misleading tags to mess them up, confuse them, and make more work for them... somehow they should be punished for this, anyway. :nono:

I'm pretty sure a second house is rumoured every series near enough.

Josy 31-05-2014 01:33 AM

The split launch could be a clue to the second house though, I hope it isn't.....

Rob! 31-05-2014 01:34 AM

A second house, with both houses fighting for power :amazed:

Cal. 31-05-2014 01:39 AM

If they had 2 houses, 12 housemates could enter Thursday into one house, Friday 12 into the other and then the live surprise is that the houses are competing for power over th other one, the house which wins the first task are given real housemate status and the other house could be removed then the second house could be opened up for the housemates to use at their leisure.

JohnnyBB 31-05-2014 01:39 AM

If they used the task room and the bedroom theres enough space for a secound house and plus the rumours of a downstairs diaryroom. Then the main house the kitchen and lounge would stay the same with a bedroom in the old safe house with the upstairs diaryroom both houses would take turns to use the garden.
