I loved him especially in drop dead fred

He was one of my comedic heroes, The Young Ones, Blackadder and Bottom were legendary shows. Doesn't seem to be much information about as to how he died yet though. Massive shame.

I was watching Bottom last week,I introduced my nephews to The Young Ones aswell,they loved it,sad loss.

"The star was seriously ill after a quad bike accident in 1998 which left him in a coma for several days."

I know the name but I'm not familiar with him. RIP.

I am actually shocked by this, I adore the show Bottom. Such a great loss. RIP

No, I realise that. I suppose one way to look at it is that his family had him for sixteen extra years after the accident. 56 is still very young though.

How do you work that out? Again, we don't know that accident had anything to do with his death. Do we?

If it was serious enough to put him in a coma for any length of time people will naturally assume it is connected. We'll have to wait and see... Whatever the cause, it's really sad.
