Kilroy

Yes!! Great celeb to have in the house

Tanser_Man 02-01-2007 12:43 AM

From what i can remember from him, hes a wrinkly old man who stutters alot. I did agree with the comments he made about the Middle East though which caused such a stir.

Rory 02-01-2007 06:03 AM

...yeah, here in the U.S. I don't know anyone named Kilroy.

Sam 02-01-2007 08:33 AM

Maybe not to win, but it might get him a career again on TV, you never know, what's he got to lose, he proobably sees himself as a kind of "Michael Barrymore" . I suppose he may be quite entertaining.

Has a valid point. Religion is false.

Siouxsie 02-01-2007 11:46 AM

Yes he is good at putting his point across

stacey 02-01-2007 11:50 AM

all i remember of kilroy is that he used to have a chatshow and my mum used to watch it in a morning

Siouxsie 02-01-2007 11:51 AM

yes thats what i used to watch omg how old am i lol
old enough to be your mam perhaps:bawling:

Dan_ 02-01-2007 11:51 AM

His talk show was always interesting and I partly agree with his viewpoint on religion.

Siouxsie 02-01-2007 11:52 AM

yes ditto me too i want him in the house

GlitterEyes 02-01-2007 11:52 AM

I think he could be quite a controversial character to have in but I don't see him lasting long if he went in.

Dan_ 02-01-2007 11:54 AM

Kilroy gone mad?

Mr Tangerine man

Ruth 02-01-2007 12:14 PM

Kilroy would be a good housemate for the same reason that Galloway was last year - he would be the one who people would love to hate. I hated his talk show, and his attempts to be a politician were frankly embarrassing.

GlitterEyes 02-01-2007 12:17 PM

That is one reason why I don't think he should be in...another George Galloway type. Nothing new really.

SiMoN! 02-01-2007 01:01 PM

he seems like a prat

GlitterEyes 02-01-2007 01:01 PM

lol

SiMoN! 02-01-2007 01:06 PM

i bet he thinks he is better then he is

Why?

lefty 02-01-2007 01:42 PM

I'd definately back Kilroy in a Worlds Wrongest Man competition

Ruth 02-01-2007 01:43 PM

He does seem like a prat. He's supercilious, smug, self-satisfied and arrogant. Threw his teddy bear out of the pram when he wasn't allowed to become the leader of UKIP, and formed his own political party - Veritas (who failed to win a single seat in the last election). His party beliefs and manifesto were disturbing, yet laughable.

I think that sums it up quite nicely. The only bit you might have added is how he got the wrong end of the stick when he heard the future is orange.

LOL!! That made me laugh out loud - thanks:laugh2:

lefty 02-01-2007 01:55 PM

You're welcome - with Kilroy, you have to laugh or you'd cry (pardon the apt cliche)

Quite right.

I was just reading this;

http://bfewster.members.gn.apc.org/euro/kilroy.htm

Various rant's about this and that, but 80% of what he said is true and he is just stating the blindingly obvious.

20% untruth is sufficient for me to dismiss him as serious force in politics, particularly the disgraceful nature of many of his untruths

sol 02-01-2007 03:30 PM

I agree with what he says over free speech being the basis of our society. If he went in it would be really entertaining I reckon.

As a politician, maybe your right.

But in regard to what he is saying and the things he is getting across, well i think ultimatley its great for BB but for a person to be able to speak there mind like that is great and i can only applaud him for it. So many people these days are followers and believe exactly what they are told, and it's only good for society in a whole to have people like him in it. Ok, he is a bit radical at times but still.. freedom of speech is a female dog.

Good inclusion to the house, IF we're believing this confirmed list is true.

Mike 02-01-2007 04:07 PM

He will certainly be an interesting character if he goes in, hearing alot of peoples views on him at the moment and not many people like for various reasons, never know he could go in and complete change opinions.

Ruth 03-01-2007 07:53 AM

So he believes free speech is the basis of our society? Good - I think he's right on that score. But show me a British politician who doesn't say that. That's no reason for me to give him my vote. I used to be a member of a Veritas (his political party) forum - though not as a member or supporter of the party. Some of their policies are disturbing.

Jay 03-01-2007 08:22 AM

I don't no what to think of him to be honest, im not going to say i hate him or like him till he get's in the house (if he is going in).
