Is anybody else going to start once they are back at school/work? From tomorrow i am starting to eat SOOOOOOOOO much healithier and i'll renew my gym membership.

All i have done over christmas is eat like a fat ***t so it's starting tomorrow. :bigsmile:

Im going tot ry too, i know for a fact i wont be eating as much junk because im sick of it now. Im going to start next Monday and i probs wont go to the gym until the summer again but i have PE every day in school:thumbs2:

Nah I always stay skinny whatever I eat anyways*touch wood* Well I put on like a few pounds but with all the walking I do it'll go soon enough. I'm so unfit!

We learnt in bio that usually if your skinny when yuor young and you eat so much rubbish, when 21 you will see a big change. AKA all the junk catches up on you!

Yeah but I don't eat junk. Well I do but not much. I eat crisps and sometimes cookies otherwise I'm actually quite healty.

Crisps are the worse things you can eat!

If your like me, and eat at least 1 packet of crisps, even though i eat about 4 or 5 a day, it was on GMTV that if you eat 1 packet of crisps every day for a year, its like drinking 2 litres of cooking oil.

I'm not cutting down, i'm just cutting them out completely. No more chocolate and crisps cause i can't just eat 1 pack so cutting them out completely will be best and easier for me. :tongue:

I think i'll try out my exercise thingy thing i got for xmas tomorrow too. :hugesmile:

Argh i've just ate two packs of crisps, and loads of choccies....

Not to mention i had an apple, sandwich and pack of mini chedders earlier...

Hate eating junk food but theres nothing else!!!

I'm starting my training next week, bike ride at 5am and some light weight work... get rid of my christmas podge.

I have give up crisps now.

well i started this healthy eating diet thing 2 months ago and Ive been very good lol im still on it and plan to stay on it! And ive lost a stone and a half as well :cheer:

I do reasonably eat healthy but I'm going to be even more nourishing.... I’m going to try and go swimming more as the is truth I love it so why not do it if it makes me fit?

I used to be like that, a very high metabolism which meant i used to burn everything off before it turned into podge!

I seriously used to eat loads.... and i mean loads and i was next to anorexic after it all! But now... my metabolism has slowed down and i put on the odd pound but still not as much as your average joe!

I was also the same.My diet's not changed much from years ago but yet I could never put weight on.

i put all my weight on when i gave birth to ryan losing it slowly though
my downfall is nuts crisps im not really a chocolate lover and oh cider thss very high in calories

I eat healthy, but I don't do much exercise. So I'm gonna be doing more of that this year.

(Do you think walking the streets drunk counts as exercise? If so, I'm sorted!)

Sadly, I eat well and work out everyday, Christmas is no exception.

Didn't open any Christmas presents until gone midday as had to do the workout and I get up later to do it when not working.
