The Judge has Ruled on this
why has the Woman gone against the Law?

Ammi 10-06-2015 05:53 AM

..so, so often that children are caught up in their parents failure to communicate for the sake of their child and not being able to get beyond their negative feelings for each other..

Vicky. 11-06-2015 05:55 PM

There must be a good reason for the judges ruling, as its very rare

Hopefully this little boy turns up again fine

Crimson Dynamo 11-06-2015 06:00 PM

she could not accept the rule of law so I hope the law is forced upon her very soon

The Mum
said the boy is fine.

some of her family or mates helped her get away

Mokka 11-06-2015 06:14 PM

urrg,,, this almost happened to my nephew two weeks ago... the dad forced his way into daycare and took him, and wouldn't let my sister know where he was. We were really worried because he has an american passport and he had stolen the baby's id.

We got him back within 48 hours though :worry: ... thanks to the law

Ammi 11-06-2015 07:20 PM

...even in the small school where I work there are many cases with the custodial parent being the father, it's not that uncommon anymore and can be for various reasons...

arista 12-06-2015 06:05 AM

Still on the run
She has given a 2nd phone interview , this time to the, Daily Mail.

Meanwhile those helping her will
go to prison.

She's an asshole.

This reminds me of my cousin's ex wife and how ****ing difficult she makes life for him just to see their son, she moved over to Ireland to the middle of nowhere just to make it difficult for him to come and visit, as it is he gets to see him once a month and has to take two days off work just to get that. Urgh makes me so angry - you had a child with this person, that child deserves to see both their parents on a regular basis, put aside your ****ty attitude for the child's sake!

arista 13-06-2015 04:27 PM

Yes Using the Kid
like that
before it was Never Public
its a Private Court.

She planned all this to Punish the Dad - even more

Obey The Judge

Crimson Dynamo 13-06-2015 04:34 PM

She is Free
but Monday morning goes to court in Bristol.

If she gets stupid or silly again
then no kid under her care.

As she has proven that the child,
that was never in the Public Eye,
Now is

Nasty using a child like that

Nedusa 13-06-2015 05:43 PM

She'll definitely get custody now since she has proved her child means the World to her.

No doubt about it she will walk out of that Court with child held aloft cheering triumphantly .... Won't she ???

Dad and Son

user104658 13-06-2015 09:55 PM

To be fair, I have personally heard of cases where the social services and courts have gotten things like this really wrong and I always sympathise with those parents, when they feel that the system has gotten it wrong and has put their child at risk physically or emotionally...

However, in this case it sounds like she ran off with the child for selfish reasons: because she didn't want to lose him rather than because she had any concerns for his safety going to his dad. So about her rather than what's best for him. The wellbeing of the child should always come first.

Scary :(

I agree with Ammis point though, I can't understand parents who can't put their own problems with eachother aside for what's in their childs best interest

It's truly awful Greg and it's their own children that they end up hurting more than anyone else. At the end of the day a parent love for their child should out weigh whatever hatred they might have for their ex

arista 15-06-2015 06:34 PM

She did a Stunt
and the Judge knows she is wrong
as she did falsehoods about her Husband
Utter Corruption from her.

The Judge
has said she will now have very limited
contact with her son.
While this legal problem goes on.

Buy Weds
the Husband has a chance to to show the Corruption she did.

Hands herself in to the mail :laugh2:

So this was all about the cash for that all exclusive then.

Hard to see why the judge decided the kid was better off with his dad eh? :D

arista 15-06-2015 06:53 PM

"Hard to see why the judge decided the kid was better off with his dad eh?"

Ruled the Dad should take the child.

Due to the Husband wishes
she has now had her charges dropped.

But if she breaks a Court order again
she will go to jail
