Is Marc bullying Harry?

I think it's clear at this point.

billy123 11-06-2015 11:07 AM

No he is just pointing out what a twat she is. I think its clear at this point.
You reap what you sow.

But does she deserve the level of abuse Marc gives her? Calling her a cow, a pig to her face?

Josy 11-06-2015 11:14 AM

Nope

She's called him names, although not to his face behind his back.

LukeB 11-06-2015 11:16 AM

Nope, both are just as horrible tbh and i'm sure bb would have gave marc a warning for bullying like they did with helen and her jale treatment

See this what I don't get, people go on about sexism yet they turn a blind eye to what one housemate does and focus on the other.

Both Marc and Harry have said awful things about each other and to each other, look at the wishing well task the other day Harry incited an argument in an otherwise peaceful task by calling Marc a dick whilst giving her reasons for her wish.

Now if Marc had done that during that same task he would be getting hell on here for it.

Both are awful to each other, I don't think anyone in the house is being bullied.

Ellen 11-06-2015 11:19 AM

No.

while the big cowardly bullying mouthpiece shouts at her using all sorts of derogatory comments and racially motivated insults.

Tarryn 11-06-2015 11:21 AM

They are both horrible people but for very different reasons.
I just think Marc is worse as he has said very disgusting things mainly aimed at the women in there. Also, he has made himself the leader of the house just by being nasty. The others are following him so they don't get targeted.
I honestly don't know how he is still in that house after the things he has said.
BB must be desperate for viewers as they are trying everything to keep him in there.
Other HM's would not get away with it.
Harry does not follow Marc, therefore he hates her.
He is turning the whole house against her.
If she had half a brain she would play the game too.

Calling Marc a dick rivals him calling her a pig, a creep, stinking, smelly, disgusting, dangerous, thick etc... Look we all know Marc is allowed to be a bully without any criticism and Harry can't stand up to him because she's a girl who walks around with her boobs hanging out.

Pete. 11-06-2015 11:22 AM

Marc doesn't even recognise Harry as a person by calling her a creature

In the eyes of viewers like you anyway.

Marc isn't allowed to be a bully, because he isn't bullying anyone..

Isolating yourself doesn't mean your being bullied and she gives as much out to him as he does to her putting the blame solely on Marc is ridiculous.

Yep. Very nasty piece of work. But apparently treating a person like that is "entertaining" and not bullying at all.

DrunkerThanMoses 11-06-2015 11:24 AM

No he is just being a twat to her and she is being a bitch to him. Both bad as one another.

He is so clearly a bully it is laughable that people deny this.

She defends herself against his repulsive remarks and boorish behaviour.

Everyone (rightly) jumped on Helen last year when she called Jale 'slugsworth' but yet Marc is apparently allowed to get away with everything he's called Harry because it's 'bants'

Nonsense. Lazy analysis that allows you to not have to make a judgement on who is responsible for the situation. Which is bully boy Marc

sampvt 11-06-2015 11:25 AM

In order to prove bullying, you must first apply the logic that one person is bigger or greater than the smaller or lesser person who is being bullied. Marc uses his manly charms to crucify her with well placed but sometimes flowery rhetoric. She threatens him with a bottle and says he ought to be frightened of her.

Go figure on who is the bully. Its not Marc is it, he is only guilty of having a vivid imagination, she is downright nasty and dangerous. If you are going to apply the logic of bullying to any argument, you need to research your views first. Tit for tat isn't bullying. Bullying is a different case scenario. Hopefully now you all might stop calling Marc a bully, he is a loud mouthed dick, but not a bully.

Because he's male

karezza 11-06-2015 11:25 AM

He wants a woman to be submissive and obedient otherwise he will bully and intimidate them. He is a misogynistic bully.

whilst in an agitated state and whilst calling her dirty etc, he also told her she was a dirty knacker...which is another word for gypsy in ireland.

So yes, that was, in this instance, a racist comment....but keep sweeping these things under the carpet cause he is soooooooooooooooo entertaining.

By hitting out with repulsive remarks and boorish behaviour of her own ie the bottle comment, the smash his head in comment and so on or is that ok because she's a woman and he isn't? in fact the comments lately about them both are reeking of reverse sexism whilst claiming at the same time that Marc is sexist

A serious question...had Marc commented that he wanted to smash Harry's head in OR bottle her, would the forum be going mental and shouting for his removal?

Jason. 11-06-2015 11:28 AM

Marc and Sam are both nasty.

Marc calling her a pig to her face. I remember the uproar when Helen called Christopher a wasp last year. Honestly, the double standards is astonishing.

I love how the people who are defending him are the same ones who've made countless threads on how entertaining he is.

He's browbeaten and bullied the whole house and has said vicious things about her. How she looks, how she smells even. He hsa even set it up so that it will be her to blame for making him look like the bully he knows he is.

No I'm not, she asked for it to be moved, was that a direct threat to bottle him? no, it was her having the knowledge for it to be removed before she lost her temper and possibly threw it at him, I applaud her strength tbh, i would have lobbed something at him before now.

Same here.
If I was in that house with him, he'd probably have no teeth left by now.

Surprised nobody's punched him yet.

That's like criticizing a man being punched repeatedly for knocking the person out who did it.

It's all said in reaction to his bullying behaviour towards her. Which you continue to either deny or justify.

Yes, because he's a man. Men and women are different. Men are more physically intimidating, stronger and far more likely to cause serious damage to a person.

Harry gets less slack than marc when she can be just as horrible tbh but because she is going against a male she gets away with it.

I dont believe he is bullying her, in the situation of the so called "masterbationgate" I think he singled her out when others were involved (Danny and Christian), but I don't think it is bullying. She has been a bitch to him as well. I don't particularly care for either one and I think both are as bad as one another. The sooner the both go the better so we can finally have less off 90% Marc and Harry show on highlights.

No, it's because it is being said in reaction to a man who I remind you told a girl she was going for an STI test within an hour of being in the house and almost started a fight.
