Chloe thinks she deserves it because she's "normal".

Really...normal is all you need now is it?

caballo67 16-06-2015 09:42 PM

So she shouldn't be in there because she isnt deluding herself about 'future careers'?

Ashley. 16-06-2015 09:43 PM

To be honest, that is why they nominated her.

Shes a radar dodger, none of us should like HM's like that.

If she wanted to be a normal girl she never would have entered a TV show.

lewis111 16-06-2015 09:46 PM

She's what big brother contestants are kinda meant to be. A representation of the public, and she and Jack are the only ones repressing like 95% of the population, so yes, she does deserve to be there because of it.
And you couldn't nominate someone for being a model or whatever, how is it different, if anything it's much worse

Sorry, isn't this what the forums have been moaning about for years now? No 'normal' people?

Chloe said she was not chasing a modelling career, or any other celebrity lifestyle like most of he others. She clearly stated she was destined to her 9-5 job, marriage, having a baby sometime - in other words a fairly normal ordinary life. Wind the tape back and listen.

She just wanted a bit of fun?

This x1000

Pete. 16-06-2015 09:49 PM

Chloe is down to earth and entertaining at the same time, my winner

susie q 16-06-2015 10:04 PM

Many young girls watching will identify with her. Why shouldnt ordinary people be allowed to be in big brother.

karezza 16-06-2015 10:05 PM

She's so desperate to get her hands on the loot. Horrible creature.

Jason. 16-06-2015 10:05 PM

She deserves it more than Joel and Cristian who don't even watch the show, and didn't even know who the ex-housemates were, when they entered the house.

Everyone is there for the money.
Why is Chloe being singled out for this?

You need to be a BB fan?

JoshBB 16-06-2015 10:09 PM

I like Chloe, especially when she stood up to Simon.

Well, no.
But I'd rather she was in there than two people who don't even watch and are only in there to boost their profiles outside the house.

I'd rather a normal superfan than a fame-hungry person who's never seen the show, and is just there for the fame.

andybigbro 16-06-2015 10:11 PM

She said that in defence that she was least deserving. She never said she deserved it the most.

Shaun 16-06-2015 10:13 PM

She didn't say anything about "deserving it" (assuming you mean the crown), she was trying to defend her status as a housemate and has every right to be there because, um, she does. She was cast, just like the others were.

She shouldn't have to defend herself against a bunch of housemates with a teeny bit of power, theorising what the viewers want.

Why is Chloe being singled out for this?

Because she pushed her friends in front of the firing squad by accusing them of all being in there for fame reasons, whether that's right or wrong it's still nasty of her to slate others while painting herself out to be a working class hero.

joeysteele 16-06-2015 10:23 PM

She made a pretty big mess of her speech to be honest.

How is that nasty?
She pointed it out, she never attacked anyone over it. Plus, it's true.
She never made her self seem like a working class hero, either. You need to re-watch it.

You're hating on her for no reason.

Most of them are in there for fame reasons. Which I think is wrong.

Big Brother isn't about making people stars. BB didn't make stars back in its heyday of 2006, so anyone (Cristian, Danny, Simon) going in there for fame in 2015 would go on expecting.

fitz2k2 16-06-2015 10:32 PM

a normal housemate has won before

For one where did it say BB is supposed to represent the public
Two the public is a diverse population we arent all chavs who just want to be 'normal'
Three speak for yourself the though of Jack representing me makes me feel physically sick the useless toad.

What has her dad's life got to do with Chloe and her status within Big Brother?

All the more reason NEVER to let that happen again...unless they are entertaining and not radar dodgers.

I forgot fame-hungry housemates like Cristian, Danny, Simon, Joel have been entertaining.

Oh yeah, because Winston was so entertaining last year, too.

The fame-hungry ones are the worst, TBH.

smudgie 16-06-2015 10:46 PM

Woe is me, I am but a normal girl.
Yeah, well I saw the little talk she had with Adjoa on how not to get evicted.
She is playing the game, same as the rest, hence her little speech just after getting nominated.
Not a fan, but good luck to her, a better game plan than being a vile asshole.

Joel has been far better a HM than Chloe has been.

Oh I don't know, I think Chloe has shown vile Asshole-ishness herself at times.

She has all the negative bases covered.

Why not? I am all for big brother going back to basics and BB16 was near to that at the beginning and then they spoilt it!!!

just thinkin 17-06-2015 07:58 AM

thats what BB is supposed to be about....normal people....not egotistical wannabe's who think the world revolves around them and would sell their granny for an agent.

Normal should not equal boring, but in Chloe's case it does.

This, sick of this being brought up when it's absolutely irrelevant.

Because it sets the scene for her character. She is a mid 20's WOMAN not some silly little innocent girl. She has life experience so isn't likely to cry the moment someone says something bad about her.

Simply put, it highlights the play acting she is doing in th BB house
