Is this the worst Big Brother series?
 

It is by far the messiest production wise & twists.

But has it been the worst Big Brother series for you so far?

Definitely not the worst in terms of quality, but in terms of production it's probably the messiest, most embarrassing thing ever overseen in the history of television. And that's not even an exaggeration. Like, they are literally making up this series day by day.

No, it still beats BB15 (the worst BB imo)

Yes, for me now, really had enough of all these previous housemates.
This has descended into total farce.

The past housemates completely taking over and overshadowing the original housemates.

The decline is almost at its peak,We are pretty much at rock bottom.

Ever since 4 in: 4 out, it's been on par with BB15 for me. However, I'll still take the first two weeks of this series over the entire of BB15 any day.

There's no one to root for, so it is dead last atm.

I get the impression bb16 is becoming a parody of bb15 which can't be a good thing. bb16 still edges it for me but we'll see.

It's the worst ever by far. I didn't think it could get worse than last year and I genuinely thought they would make improvements this year.

The housemates that were saved from or survived the 4in4out twist have now been reduced to extras on a show that has become about housemates from 7 or 8 years ago and the winner of last year's.

From the first series when they decided to pay Pamela Anderson God knows what to pretend to live in the house for a few days rather than have the 24/7 live coverage they've been heading in this direction ever since.

I remember actually laughing at Steven last year. Rooting for Chris, Ashleigh and Christopher at certain points. I was genuinely involved regardless of whether I liked the twists and all the manipulation. Depressing though the ending was, I felt something.

I could not care less about any of the originals or newbies at this point. Even Marc has been reduced to walk on part in this farce.

It is a huge steaming pile of ****e.

But I actually have to watch now to see how ridiculous it gets. It is reaching the point where it is so bad it's good.

I agree. It has become fascinating at this point. I am waiting to see if anyone eventually snaps and smashes the house up, if producers are going to get fired, if the show is going to get axed etc.

Wouldn't surprise me if originals walked. I would have walked as soon as Helen came in.

What they have done is so bizarre that it must be a deliberate attempt to kill the show. The original mix of housemates was good. Sarah and Harriet were starting to give us natural drama. Then **** got unreal.

damn it seems like legend housemate might win this yr big brother which is sad cause I want a original housemate to win.the legends had there shine already.its kinda of waste of this season if the L wins

Thing is, if the legends are allowed to win then Brian will walk it by a country mile. So even that would be a predictable borefest.

This is what I'm thinking. But there's another part of me that thinks these people may actually genuinely believe this is good.

I didn't think anything could be as **** as last year, but yup, Channel 5 have well and truly topped themselves! Dreadful, dreadful series which has only been made watchable by Queen Nikki and Queen Jade.

They must just be completely desperate. Just looking at the overnight viewing figures each day and trying to come up with something else. It must be one long crisis meeting for them now.

if Brian wins all emaa gonna talk about him bing a winner 2x/then talk about the jade thing.brian gonna say she one fit bird (chuckle)/talk about Helen n mark and him wanting to leave.it would be utter shame for one these legends to win.

Last night got a million with the +1 show.

Wonder how low it could drop. But this huge Helen/Aisleyne faceoff will surely bring in, what, 5 viewers?

What amuses me is that there are still fans who claim that none of the programme is staged and to say so is a conspiracy theory.

Just look at this weekend.....it is being set up as a showdown between 2 ex-housemates who aren't even meant to be in this series! If that isn't staged then I don't know what is.

The sad thing is that even that will probably be a flop. I bet they don't even really argue.

Joel asking Helen who she would least like to live with out of past housemates and her answering Aisleyne (who she would spit in the face of apparently) cannot be a coincidence.

The fact he asked it is odd. I have been saying for weeks that the producers are giving them starting points for conversations and then saying "and....action!"

You can tell that the questions aren't natural. Someone asked Brian the other day "So, brian, how would you feel about that?" and it just looked a bizarre forced question.

yeah it's atrocious and a joke. Like, we all thought last year just happened to be a disaster by chance but then to find out that the producers are actively seeking that? Yikes. It's like a self-parody, except parodies usually have some humor to them.

It simply isn't big brother any more and it looks like the producers have given up even pretending it is.

No normal noms, no normal evictions, outside contact every single day, housemates evicted without being nominated, old housemates thrown in, everything edited in such a way that all conversations are navel-gazing and clearly started by the producers.

What is this freakshow?

I really think they have killed it now. I doubt civilian BB will be back.

there been a bit too much outside interference, but it has been enjoyable. i don't think this is a bad series at all.

It's not the worst as such although like other people have said its the messiest. Far too much manipulation, it's almost become a parody of its former self.

I'm trying to stick though it although I'm giving up. There's a show getting with the times then there's this...

I'm loving this series, last year series I couldn't wait for it to finish, cause of the constant arguing.

Deffo not the worst BB for those that have been watching since the beginning of BB BB4 will always haunt me how on earth Cameron won Big Brother I will never know - most exciting thing that happened that series was him turning the page in his bible! *yawn*

If it had not been for Jon Tickle bringing the show a small amount of fun that is all that saved it!

BB4 even coma patients would have woken up just so they could run away from the awful show
