His DR performance - Oscar worthy

Leonardo Di Caprio better be prepared to miss out again, we have a new Oscar contender.

Marc feigning concern in DR about his friends being targeted was Brando-esque. That insincerity, the squeezing out non existant tears, the pretence that he gives a $hit about Joel, Sam, Simon is really moving. Bravo Marc.

All our Irish Banter King (his words) cares about are dwindling allies. I think Marc forgets Helen has no power other than as an attack dog.

Legend killer 20-06-2015 10:07 PM

Was up there with Simon's

Josy 20-06-2015 10:09 PM

Completely genuine DR entry.

alex_front2 20-06-2015 10:09 PM

Oh please. We all know Simon can't act. But Marc is a revelation. Many will be moved by St Marc.

Vicky. 20-06-2015 10:20 PM

Maybe, just maybe, it was genuine

But whats the point. Those who dislike him will see every good thing he does as fake, while those who do like him/dont mind him are willing to give the benefit of the doubt. So round and round we go :D

cookiemonster 20-06-2015 10:22 PM

seemed genuine to me

I trust you wrote this when Showbiz was crying in DR. :joker:

So agree. The bloke has been one big act since he got in the house let's be honest. Except he has gone from Mr Funtime to a nasty piece of work who cannot cope when things don't go his way. He is a complete and utter control freak. Don't know why he is moaning and groaning anyway. He would have been nominated if any of them had the chance.

Depends which time. One time it was ridiculously obvious it was fake. Other times I have stood up for him and have felt sorry for him for a while now

joeysteele 20-06-2015 10:25 PM

I loved it, despite his bravado and saying he wasn't there to make friends, as is often the case, you end up doing so.
He is also now seeing some of the nastiest elements coming out of people he believed to be nice.

Marc has been no different all through really and it was shocking of lying Brian to say he put Jade up, Marc refused to vote on that and it was 2-1 split as to Jade from Nikki and Helen and the other for Sam.
Marc just let the majority vote stand.

Brian should maybe look to himself as to why Jade was evicted on Friday, no one else.
Marc has nothing to regret,he has done all and probably more of what BB wanted from him.
This series would have really been dead without him in it for me.

sungrass 20-06-2015 10:26 PM

im annoyed at marc rigghtnow but i think that was genuine. you just have to put yourself in their shoes. he feels victimised cos everyone hates helen his mistress

I agree, he has prodded lazy fence sitters into action

BENDERBOY 20-06-2015 10:27 PM

He's not crying over his friends he's just frightened the originals will be coming after him next.

Legend killer 20-06-2015 10:27 PM

I'm not here to make friends

Wants to break up the clique cause there all friends

Cries when they nominate one of his friends

Just lol Marc BB can only save you for so long my friend your time is coming

Sorry but in my opinion the series has gone totally downhill since he came in. The bloke is a fake who struts around manufacturing situations to cause trouble and when anyone dares speak back or plays him at his own game he runs to the diary room to play the victim. Spineless, control freak.

He did say he wasn't there to make friends, however even before all of this rubbish (when he thought the eviction was real) he said that it happened accidentally, as it does sometimes

fitz2k2 20-06-2015 10:30 PM

crazy part about the dr he was very honest.he actually thinks danny n Cristian are his best friends or so .which is crazy

The man is a walking contradiction isn't he.

Beetlejuice 20-06-2015 10:37 PM

"How can I help my friends when I'm outnumbered"

What he was really thinking...

"I want to look like an altruistic guy who's a bit of an underdog"

Slimy, manipulative bully boy creep strikes again.

Amy Jade 20-06-2015 10:38 PM

He's doesnt give a flying **** about his 'friends' he's annoyed people are finally standing up to him.

His tears were tears of frustration because he's scared he's going to lose somebody he can manipulate and make himself vulnerable when BB decide he's allowed to be nominated.

Visage 20-06-2015 10:52 PM

Marc is brilliant.

"I'm upset because the clique I'm targeting are now targeting my friends."

alex_front2 20-06-2015 10:52 PM

The thing is why did Marc have to go to DR? Obviously not for something as vulgar as sympathy vote or AT? No, of course not.

Ps Marc hates cry babies.

andybigbro 20-06-2015 10:58 PM

He cried because the "clique" are targeting his "clique" now.
Lol

You're deluded. Marc was being totally honest in the DR. He has made friends in the BBH and it has probably surprised him tbh.

Only a couple of days he said he had no friends in there. They were all d**ks I think was the way he worded it. One of the friends he did have in there, Cristian he treated like s**t when he returned. He needs to make his mind up. Friends have to be earnt. You reap what you sow.

So exactly when did he treat Christian like sh*t??? Marc even shook his hand during the noms yet Danny stuck his size tens in and caused problems. Marc simply cannot win it seems.

Awks for you considering I'm indifferent. I find him entertaining and that's where it ends.

Have you forgotten his constant prodding away at Cristian since he got back?

Yes and Cristian accepted his handshake so why is he getting the blame. Danny was the one who started the argument and it continued between Marc and Danny only. It was noticeable that every time Cristian went to say anything to either of them he was told to shut up. Watch it back.

As for his treatment of Cristian when he came back I think you need to watch the highlights. Cristian actually said to him that he had considered him a friend and had grown to like him. Even Danny and Jack had a conversation about how friendly Cristian was to him.

This is why I think Cristian was bemused as to why he picked on him so much when he came back

Absolutely true!
I hope the old guard pick him off again when he can be nominated again. Glad to see the younger lads standing up to Marc at long last.

...and Christian was his friend. Sam on the other hand completely threw Marc under the bus until he came back in the house and she latched onto him again..seeing him as the 'Alpha male'...and lo and behold she's his 'friend' again.
Marc the manipulative, fake game player.
