I am still not a fan of Helen but its an interesting eye opener and I think she has made some fair points.

Why is she trying to belittle Nikki because she has a different mental state from Helen, bulimia is different to anorexia and Nikki had a terrible battle with it.



I have no new found sympathy for Helen after she has taken her column space to defend her own actions and comments in my opinion showing zero remorse

I don't know, I'm not a Helen fan by a long stretch and I doubted that stuff about Brian and "frozen duckgate" was true until I saw the photo evidence today, I'd be inclined to believe her actually

Niamh, that photo evidence is of Brian doing his frozen duck..the lie is in that Helen went on to say she felt traumatised by it and made her think he was bonkers etc..when in fact she thought it was funny and told him he should do it when they got back into the house.
It's all there in the video, them discussing how to shock the housemates when they went back in.

Its very easy to call someone a twat devoid of actual reasoning. Her job was to act like a twat so why call her for being a twat when she admits that was her paid job and duty to be a twat. Its like calling a soldier who killed someone who was shooting at him a murderer.

She did exactly that to Matthew and wasn't removed.

Also the stuff about the crowd being 'warmed up' is the most shocking out of it all. And I can well believe it.

And the warm up was just the guy entertaining us by making jokes, getting people to come on and dance etc then a sound lady came on and we they rehearsed Emma's entrance and told us when to cheer for her and when to stop.

So I wonder who actually composed the column for her? She's not the brightest, is she? It's very articulate and professional. No way does Helen express herself so well in reality. She's got a lot of help there. Hmmmm....

Davina used to 'warm up' the crowd before the show and during the breaks but I don't think Emma chats to the crowd much (unless Armand can say otherwise)

I thought she might have written it until she claimed she knew about news events

They guy just pumps everyone up they have one for every show with a live audience even when I went of bgt (it was even the same guy).

I reckon there are some plants in the crowd.

I went to BB15 launch and the warm up act was brilliant, don't know if they have the same one.

Although i hate the whole dancing thing to Rihannas song, bloody annoying - hate dancing.

An absolutely brilliant article. It is so clear now that BB highlights were doctored to portray both Brian and Nikki as some sort of saints. They are clearly NOT saints but vile and aggressive bullies. A couple of non entities. Divas in fact! Helen (and Marc) clearly had a tough time in the BBH. I am really sorry for Helen who did her job well against a tirade of abuse from the two spiteful Divas. I only hope that the editors stop making Marc look bad when he's confronted by an aggressive Danny. I also hope to goodness Marc wins or at least comes second. He's a true BB legend, along with Helen.
