OH MY GOD. Y'all (yes, from the south) are in for a treat.

This episode was touching (a boy's mom wasn't there. :() and hilarious (a woman who is obsessed with all idol)

Why was there like a 40 year old guy who was in the Marines or Air Force or something on there........WHO GOT ACCEPTED!

The age limit is 29, he looked much older!

It was weird seeing Cat Deeley hosting it instead of Ryan Seacrest!

Have any of you guys seen the seatlle auditions the one with that weird blonde guy who sings unchained melody badly and those other 2 guys where simon says he looks like a bush baby (monkey)?

The first part was on again at ITV1 this afternoon (at 12:40) and the second part is on again tommorow (Sunday) at around the same time on ITV1. And I think the 2 shows are being repeated on Sunday Night on ITV2.

I love Cat Deeley. I prefered it being Cat anyway, but if someone from America was to present The X Factor that would be really weird.

I hope Cat comes back to Britain and doesn't stay in America!

Could someone upload some of the ITV showing of Idol. I would be interested how it is different with Deeley. Do they even show Ryan, because when they show here it is just with Ryan, but I did read somewhere else more indepthly that she would have excluvive interviews and stuff like that, but that she would not be shown when it aired on FOX in the states. So if someone could upload her scenes that would be much appreciated.

I think Cat only does a Brits point of view. Personally I don't think the bits with Cat actually work very well. She seems to come out with pointeless trivia about the city they're in.

There are always better singers on AI than on X factor - except leona.

The best bit was the guy singing Bohemian Rhapsody and the judges just cracked up.

i like AI better than XF, the singing qualty is better over and there and tend to come out with better singings excluding leona.

what day and time is american idol on? because i always seem to miss it and everytime its on itv2 i always watch it on there whenever its on

It's on ITV2 on Friday Night at 8:30.. then they repeat the first episode on ITV1 on Saturday in the afternoon sometime (this week it was 1:40pm) and they repeat the second episode on ITV1 on Sunday at around the same time. Then, I believe they repeat both episodes on Sunday Night on ITV2. lol.


This woman on this week's episode thought Simon was from France :laugh: and when she was told he was British, she said "He should go back to British!" :laugh:

Was Paula Abdul OK in this weeks episode or did she look 'under the influence' as usual.
